I recently bought my first home and did a complete home remodel.
For those who are planning on doing a remodel, know that it can be extremely stressful.
Working with Brad at BH Design was easy & professional. Like most new home owners, I knew that I wanted to update my landscaping but had no idea where to start. Brad had a vision and gave me ideas and consulted me throughout the process.
The scope of what I had Brad do is as follows:
1) Sprinklers & Irrigation in Front and Back
2) Lay New Sod
3) Install Pavers in

I got the initial auto-reply "cost estimate," that was on the higher end, but I figured once they see the actual property, their actual bid may be more in line with my other estimates.
They showed up after having screwed up their schedule at first on our first appointment, then texted me some numbers without much details or the breakdown I had asked for (I had specifically asked them to give me 3 specific bids for the front yard and the backyard and side yards based on drip v. sprinkler zones), and they said "formal bid is coming via email." Days go by and I get nothing after

Emailed them two weeks ago to set up a time to come out and give us an estimate for landscape design. After the time was set, they went MIA. No email responses, no answering the phone, and a no-show on our set time. Not a good way to do business. If you can't make it, let the person know. Don't just ghost your potential customers.

Overall good service from BH Design Co. Some of the initial communication and start of the work on the initial day could have been a bit better, but Brad showed good customer focus on making sure that the expected outcome was delivered and that we were completely satisfied, and he and his team did a good job overall with completing our sprinkler system installation. We are now using it regularly, and are happy with the work done.

Not happy with this company for a variety of reasons. I would not recommend them. They do not warranty their work. The pics show some of the issues.... It was over $10K for this work so I had high expectations. Plants started dying within two weeks. They set up the irrigation (plus there was lots of rain), so any water issues reside with them. After months of trying to get this resolved or get a partial (small) refund, I was told they were done. I will now have to hire others to finish what they refused to.

Bradley installed a sprinkler system and sod.
From the day I contacted him to the finish he did everything in a professional manner.
I wasn't easy to work with scrutinizing everything he did even so he was very polite.
Here 8 months later, the sprinkler heads are perfectly placed, no dead spots, and as you can see in the pic. The lawn is beautiful.

I needed a business to help me redesign my front yard landscape and do the work at a competitive price. I definitely don't have a green thumb so my knowledge of plants is very limited. After explaining what I was looking for such as low maintenance they arrived at the house and walked me through design options. Once my HOA was approved, they started the work within a couple of days and completed it in two days. They were great to work with. I needed a landscape desig for my backyard so i sent them message thru yelp here because of the high rating. Dawn, the assistant, replied to me the following day. I gave my addres, email address, and phone number. Brad came over to see our property and discuss what we would like to get done. i gave him original copy of the site plan. He didn't measure the area nor asked if we can give him measurements. He said to send him pictures of some inspirations. he left without leaving business card. I send him photos the same day. 9 days after i asked for any updates. No reply. 2 days later that

Anyone who needs services from this team is headed in the right direction. I had issues with my sprinkler system and it needed to be fixed quickly. BH Design se to me a msg and quickly got out to fix my sprinkler issue immediately. Granted this is their busy season and had time to help and not push us out days later like some others we spoke with. Great work, very professional, you get what you pay for!

Excellent experience. I requested quotes from 6 landscaping companies for a complete redo on a backyard and Bradley was hands-down the most professional from start to finish. He walked the property with me, took my requests, shared his ideas, and provided a "real" quote- an actual PDF in an email. Not just a text message or email with a few numbers. Communication was top-notch and everything happened as scheduled. I can't say enough about his crew, they were truly phenomenal. I had a sprinkler system I hadn't used in a year because I had tears and punctures in a couple of lines. Bradley came out and checked out the system, repaired the punctures as well as a broken line. He set my system to the correct watering methods and made sure everything was working great. He was very prompt and communication was awesome! Price was very fair. Very happy with my Yelp Choice. Definitely recommend calling BH Design for your repairs or outdoor needs. I was hesitant at first because they didn't have many reviews, but super happy I contracted them.

This company is amazing to work with. I put in a request for a drip line repair on Monday and was given an estimate immediately and it is already repaired. The job was done fast, efficiently, and communication was top-notch. If I have any future irrigation issues or changes I will be reaching out to Bradley and BH design company.
