The price was good and the service was professional. They explained everything clearly, arrived on time for the appointment and did an excellent job. Would definitely hire again. I hired Aardvacc to clean my ducts and also apply a sealant to my old corroded ducts that run under the slab in my basement.
Scott was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I only had specific days that I could be home and he worked with me to make it happen on one of those days. He was very responsive with texts and did a great job! Did a good and thorough job cleaning the vents and dryer vent. Our dryer performance is better since the vents have been cleaned and the air quality is better.

Been using them for years now. Very professional and honest. I tried to use another company that was cheaper and had to have Scott come back and fix what they screwed up. He even called them and chewed them out for scamming me. BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!

First of all I work as a Chief Building Engineer. I am a direct subcontract for the federal government here in Salt Lake City. Our main headquarters are out of Tennessee, meaning I have an out of state number. I was told by some folks that "Aardvacc does good work when it comes to air duct cleaning" I found Scott's (Aardvacc's) phone number online and called. It rang and rang and rang and eventually went to voicemail, it actually had a different number on the voicemail than what was listed online. I thought maybe they forward their calls? The owner Scott was able to give me a quote on duct cleaning just an hour after I called him. I appreciated his explanation on what needed to be done and why his quote would likely be higher than other companies' who do sub-par work. I requested to have two dryer vents cleaned (just moved in and didn't know if they had ever been cleaned). He peeked into one of them and said it was flexible ducting which could be damaged in the cleaning process and which presented a fire hazard.
