We bought our home just over a year ago and thought we should get the dryer vent cleaned. We scheduled an appointment with Air Duct Cleaners over the phone. I believe I spoke with Heather; she was very kind, professional and personable. We had Allan for our appointment; he was also kind, professional, personable and efficient. Wow! He cleaned our dryer vent so easily and fast! Our dryer vent now looks shiny and clean. Best customer service. We will be contacting them yearly for our dryer vent and for our duct cleaning in the future.

He was not afraid to get duty!!! He showed up on time did the work his communications skills are great. He did work inside and outside the home and would't take my payment until I was 100% satisfied!!! Very pleased with this company

This is our only experience with air duct cleaning services so I have nothing to compare it to, however, the guys that came out were nice and professional and seemed to do a good job. Only two issues:
1. The office staff did not warn us ahead of time to move furniture away from the vents so I had to do that after they arrived
2. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my pictures and I've emailed twice about it.
Outside from that, they seem good and fairly priced and nice people. Will use again in the future.

Allen and his crew were absolutely amazing! I expected good service and quality work - I got EXCELLENT service and the work was better than I was hoping for!
We had just had our carpets cleaned and they put down drop cloths and wore booties even though they had to go in and out of the house constantly. They removed and replaced their booties every time.

Scott is friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan and Devin were friendly and extremely professional. My house had never had the ducts cleaned before (constructed in 1976) and it showed.
We hired them because they were a local business (not a national chain). We called them because the last owner had cats, and the whole family woke up quite often with stuffy noses and coughs.
They were there for about 2 hours, and cleaned up everything just the way that it was before they got there. We're really looking forward to breathing clean air indoors for the rest of the winter!

They responded within a hour to my yelp estimate request. Ryan and Don arrived on schedule and set up quickly. They were friendly and professional. They worked quick and effectively and we're done before the estimated allotted time. They pulled all sorts of items from my vents that I'm sure were buried in ducts by my kid years ago. Highly recommend. We recently purchased a new home thats over 20 years old. The home has 2 furnaces, and the air vents looked dirty. This company does before and after pictures. Other companies do not offer that, which made my decision easier. I called, spoke with Sariah, she explained the process and gave an estimate that was $100 cheaper than other competitors. She also said if we needed to cancel, no problem. Very professional, confident and friendly.

I called this company because of all of the positive reviews online. More specifically, I saw some that suggested that this company had more integrity than a lot of others in their pricing and the way they do business in general. My real estate agent subsequently suggested them as one of a few companies she recommends.
They came on time, worked fast, and gave me a fair price. He also thought of small things like asking if we wanted to move our cars in case we had to take off while he was working. I replaced all of my vent covers after, and I can definitely tell the difference. Thanks!

Your team before you got to us was on time, Professional, price was amazing, and you jumped on the roof and my wife has already done 3 loads of laundry and is so happy, and it's 3PM you came by at 11AM.
We have had a hard time finding great service here in Woods Cross, the first 3 service providers, were days late, didn't fulfill what they promised so I have faith in service again that I can find a good company.
