My husband and I have been using Complete floor care for over 20 some years and Kevin has always been very reliable. He's been very responsive to all our needs and affordable. There was an example at one point where my husband spilled red Gatorade on the carpet and Kevin was there within 24 hours and was able to get the stain out. We have him come every 6 months to a year. So we would definitely recommend complete floorcare to anyone
