I have many rental properties throughout Baltimore City and have used Dri-Masters to clean any carpet that I felt we could save for years. In the past they have been quick, efficient and great to deal with. I had an appointment scheduled this morning for one of my vacants to shampoo 3 rooms. I provided a lock box code to the scheduler. I received a call as per usual telling me that they were on their way to the property and asked me if the door was unlocked or if I would be meeting them there. I was very pleased with Dri-Masters! It was very easy to make an appointment, the technicians were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They did a walkthrough prior to cleaning the carpet, pointing out any stains that likely wouldn't come out. After they left and the carpet dried, I found a small stain that wasn't there prior to cleaning. So I called and they sent technicians out to remove it! I highly recommend Dri-Masters!

Thumbs down service. The person who was supposed to come to the original appointment had to reschedule due to a family emergency, which I can understand. We'd scheduled for a Friday evening appointment, and rescheduled for the following Sunday morning. Sunday morning, it was a no call, no show. I wasn't called, sent an email, a text, or reached out to in any way. I waited for the alloted appointment time to pass, tried to call the company and wasn't answered.

Let me preface this review by saying...if this company wants to enforce a "window" time for service, then this company needs to communicate if they are running late.
I scheduled a time for shampooing four rugs, one staircase, & one hallway between 8 AM to 12 noon. At 12:15, I called the company, asking where the technicians were. "Oh, you're next," I was told. Unfortunately, my son had an oral surgeon appointment at 1:15, so I asked to be rescheduled later if possible -- or two days later (Friday after Thanksgiving). I recently had my basement cleaned and these guys were in and out within 30 minutes which was suspicious to begin with... i went down with my black light and low and behold not only were the problem spots still there and NOT clean but the guys did not even pick up a box and small toy along the wall in order to clean under!! I will be calling for a refund. This place is not worth the $200+ spent!

Negotiated rate was $100 for two bed rooms and a set of stairs. I'm really disappointed -- the team was here for 20 minutes and moved zero furniture. Let that sink in: it took them 20 minutes to "clean" two massive bedrooms and a set of stairs. It took me 30 just the other day to vacuum this area (it admittedly hadn't been vacuumed in a year and i had to empty the canister of dust a few times). They also didn't move the dressers, the nightstands, or the bed.
100% would not use again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Money Stolen!
I was moving out and had a ton of people in my house but unbeknownst to the carpet cleaners the other people were only on the main level since they were removing staged furniture. I didn't follow the carpet cleaners around because the house was basically empty. I forgot I stuck money in bag that was in the master bedroom close to where they were working. There was no one up in that room other than the carpet cleaners. The money was there before they came and gone after they left. I will never use them again and I have let my neighbors and property manager know never to use

Unprofessionally managed. Unreliable scheduling. Great work. Arrived hours after the scheduled 5h window. They refused to provide a time window when i called early in the day, then they lied about the status of a tech enroute, then the tech called an hour after that to say he would arrive an hour later. However, when they arrived, the techs were polite, professional, and provided great service.

Only one word for them.... RUDE. I do not know about their carpet cleaning skills because I cancelled it (thanks to their rude, arrogant, full of ego staff). They misbehaved, hung up their phone on us ... Our mistake was that we were expecting them to be on time. Which they did not like . Valpak I am not going yo trust any of ur coupons now. I can pay more and avoid to contact such ppl.

DRI-MASTERS Carpet Cleaning a complete waste of time!!!
I was told they would be there close to 7 a.m. but they got their almost at 10. The process was under a 1/2 hour and when it was completed, the Carpet looked the same. The cleaning was a complete waste of time as it left everything as it looked when it started. I was better off renting a cleaner at Giant and doing it myself. Their process doesn't remove the dirt as it pulls nothing out, but it attempts to push it downwards. I am completely unsatisfied.
By the way needless to say that my carpet looked nothing like the vacuumed
