He recommend a fan cleaning and replacing the thermostat wires for new thermostat. They had problems with pulling wires, refunded money but still got new thermostat working. Had issues with fan came back next day and fixed fan and got everything running great. Are tech's were Spencer, Jose, Chris. I would like to thank them all for there great work.

We selected Comfort Now based on their stellar Yelp ratings, and even tho this was a simple “maintenance” visit, their service tech, Daniel, was very thorough, and documented each aspect clearly with photos, and followed up with clear explanations. So from his timely arrival, to his departure, everything seems like it was handled in top-flight manner!we were left with a very positive & professional impression of Comfort Now as a business!

After being without AC all weekend Janet worked so hard to have someone out to my house right away and I appreciate her immensely! It was so hot and we were miserable! Tom arrived promptly and on time, he was super professional, diagnosed my problem and got it fixed and cool air going in less than an hour! He was also so sweet to my pups and let them follow him all around the house! Thank you Janet and Tom! 10/10 recommend Comfort Now!

I had some new ducts installed along with a second return and intake. Everyone I have dealt with at Comfort Now has been very polite, informative, and knowledgeable. John Power and Jason Hanley were extremely helpful. They both gave me good information about my system and how it works. All of the technicians were considerate of my property and did a thorough clean up when they finished their work. I highly recommend Comfort Now.

We first discovered Comfort Now when our AC went out in 2014. Dustin was a stand up guy and gained our trust immediately. The install was quit a process, but that team was amazing.

During a recent heatwave my AC quit working. I phoned several service companies,Comfort Now was the only one to call back. The service tech Daniel Badger phoned and arrived early for the appointment. I was impressed with his professionalism and competence. He was a pleasure to work with. I did have a minor issue with the billing/invoice department. But it was pleasantly resolved with any stress. A first rate company with first rate employees.

I’ve been using comfort now for 8yrs. My AC stop working last night. Called and he got someone out here quick. Daniel came and in 30 min found the problem and got it taken care of. Not only are they the best but knowing that I can call or text the owner and he responds right away. Now that is the best customer Service. We had had our AC serviced with another company but we still had the same problems a year later. Jason with Comfort now came out and was vary helpful and knowledgeable. Jason was here for a little over an hour and had our AC running better then it has in a while. I will definitely be calling them for any future AC services my family needs.

Tommy Carroll has serviced our unit twice. Each time he calls ahead to let us know he’s on his way. He is warm, knowledgeable, professional & very thorough in his work. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of Comfort Now. Every time one of their employees came to my home I recieved a text with a picture of who was coming and a timeline of when they would arrive... which was always on time! I'm thrilled with my still new AC system they installed a couple years ago. Friendly and helpful staff!
