A few years ago I was driving around my 1973 Ford Bronco that needed an alignment. I went to just about every Ford dealership in the Tulsa area and nobody would touch it. So, in a last ditch effort, I drove into the Matthew's service bay and asked them if they would take a look. The service manager said no problem, I have just the guy to do the alignment for you. All this being said, I went to Matthew's Ford just the other day to purchase a new 2022 Ford Maverick and wasn't disappointed in the least with the service I got. Jon Lane was my salesman and took great care of me. Didn't push anything

I recently had my '03 Mustang fixed here. Let me just say that Brandon, in Parts & Service, is amazing! Not only does he have great customer service skills, but he also very attentive to his customers. He is great all around! Nick, the technician who worked on my car, also did an amazing job. Worked with me on scheduling as I had to drop off my vehicle one day early. Took care of all of the issues on my vehicle. I even had to pick up a day late but it did not seem to be a problem. After being unhappy and getting mediocre service from across town for several years now. We called Matthews Ford for emergency service. We spoke to Kevin, who got us in next day after getting towed in. We got the car fixed fast and correctly the first time. Kevin was great in helping us pick up our vehicle after hours. We will be definatly come here for all of our Ford service in the future.

Went to get an oil change at about 930am on a Wednesday. I told the I needed an oil change. He told me it was going to be 3 hours and asked if that was ok. I said no and went to Tate Boys and they had my oil change done in less than an hour. We have oil changes included when we purchased the vehicle but I refuse to wait 3 hours unless they are offering a loaner vehicle. I didn't ask about one but it was not offered to me either.
Buy your vehicle here but don't take it here for an oil change.

In a world of lackluster customer service, Mathews Ford is an absolute shining star. I had THE BEST experience with these guys.

I bought a truck here over Christmas break. Got a fair deal, excellent service, and a great experience.

Go see Mike Couch in sales with Kellen Pickens and even Mike Flippin the service manager. Words can not express that these guys are the BEST.

Bought a 2020 Ford Escape 4 days ago from Matthews Ford and really love it! Not only do I love my new car, but I enjoyed my buying experience as well! I had a recall on my car and only had a week to do it, they got me in a couple days to spare, and let me tell you my car drives like a dream! It was hassle free and Cody was amazing to work with he let me know my battery needed fixing but didn't pressure me to do it right then which I always appreciate.

Highly recommend this dealer if you're interested in buying a Ford and make sure you talk to Marc Nellis. Marc is super responsive and will definitely get you a good deal! The financing department is also really good and easy to work with. This dealer also has a lot better selection than other dealerships in the area.

My family & I have purchased quite a few vehicles with Mathews Ford throughout the years & taken them there for servicing/maintenance. I just purchased my suv there almost a month ago with 1 stipulation- It had to be able to pull my work trailer & everything work correctly. As soon as I bought the suv I went to go pick up my trailer and noticed that none of the trailer lights were working. I quickly found out it wasn't a trailer issue (other vehicles we connected worked fine), but a power issue with the adapter.

I have met some rude people before, but Lani Crawford went above and beyond. I needed a simple part and she went out of her way to try to make me feel stupid. I don't think I have ever met someone so hateful for no reason at all. The cashier ladies were both very nice and helpful, that's why this place gets 2 stars instead of 1.

The walk in experience at this Ford dealership was fantastic. I was greeted promptly and the person that I had been speaking with over the phone had been immediately notified and come outside to greet me. The truck I had been looking for was right by the doors cleaned and ready for me to see. It was more than I had asked for and perfect. The process was quick and easy. They really do care about the customer here. I'd send all my friends in the area to Matthews Ford.

Just want to say that Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow has the rudest service adviser I've ever met. Apparently I'm invisible as I stood at her desk as she made phone calls. Finally after she acknowledged that I was standing there I was able to tell her my problem. My new vehicle had a minor cosmetic problem that needed fixed. She gave the long song and dance about how busy they were, they'd have to take pictures and I'd have to leave the vehicle blah... blah... blah.
Oh by the way she also told me that I would have to make an appointment to get an oil change but they would still

I can't say enough nice things about how wonderful of an experience my husband and I had at Matthews Ford. We worked with Brady - a very honest, trustworthy, and hardworking young man who found us exactly what we want at the price we needed. Wife and I walked into the Mathews Ford service department to ask some quick simple questions about our new car. No one greeted us when we walked in, even though there was three agents behind the counter, one of them was just staring out the window. Kevin Jordan finally helped us and was pretty rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience to him. I will not be getting my car serviced there since they have no idea what customer service is.
