Working with Kelly was absolutely phenomenal! It was my first time getting into a car and she made the process so easy and simple for me. She went over everything to make sure that it was all understood fully. Getting through financing was super quick and easy. Not to mention the prices are right where they need to be compared to most dealerships that are hiking your total price up 10k. This was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had a dealership and will now be my go to that I recommend to everyone!!

I wish I could give two separate reviews. So I had to go in the middle. Kelly was my salesperson, and she was absolutely amazing. Super kind, helpful, and just all around a nice person. Rick who works with her in the office was also super nice and just pleasant to chat with.
So I will tell you about why I am VERY unhappy. I purchased my car on October 29th. I went to make my payment online the day it was due, I registered my info to set up a payment account online, and it said it would send me a temporary password, but never did. So the very next day after it was due Rob was immediately calling

Don’t buy from them they will not help you. To the owner I guess there is nothing you can do because you guys expect ME to find it! I only had the car for less than a week and you mean to tell me there was no better answer than the one you gave me… which was to find the vehicle as if it were that easy. Once the police locate it you guys can have it back!

It started out bad, no hope at all!! But it had to be done even though upon talking to them it was going to go all wrong for me and I don’t as going to leave very unhappy. I’m not sure what happened but it turned out in my favor they decided to do the right thing and honor the word of the sales person so at the end of it all I left happy and feel as though I was treated right at the end. They do need to work in their social skills though.
