We had the pleasure of having Collin put all new windows in our house. They took a little bit longer then planned, but Collin kept us in the loop and communicated well through out the project. It is obvious that Collin has many years of experience. Collins work is impeccable and our new windows look amazing. Beautiful work. If you are looking for quality work at an affordable price, this is the guy to go to. -FYI, not really a masking kind of guy, so if that scares you, this might not be the guy for you!

Imagine hiring someone to come into your home to work on your windows and they start preaching about QAnon and their disbelief in medical science. I don't give a damn what you believe in but please don't come into my house and preach your beliefs to my family and children.
Please also note that Colin got aggressive when my husband asked him to wear a mask around my 70-year old grandmother. This is the last place I would recommend to anyone, people I dislike included.

Collin was a complete expert in replacing my windshield on my boat. I considered him with 2 other service providers and he came in dead center but he took the most time getting preparations.

I was very disappointed in Colin's work ethics. He just wasted our time and our tenant's good will towards us because he didn't pay attention to what he was told and didn't even do the work we were inquiring about.
Likely he was just trying to sell new windows rather than just do the trim work that was being requested.
He acts friendly and like he cares but his actions show clearly he does not pay attention and showed little professionalism towards a potential customer.

We had Colin with Cross View Glass bid on replacing an old/leaky skylight. I had a couple handymen tell me it was a special size and it would have to be custom ordered = $$. I called my window guy - Colin - and he came out, measured it properly and determined it was a standard size and gave me a fair price to replace. There are just some things… you need to go with a professional on and windows are one of them! We have had Colin and Cross View Glass out several times to replace original windows in our home. Two of the replacements were for a failing dining room window and a failing sliding glass door. The third window was to replace a large picture window in our master bathroom with a picture window that opened. Colin was extremely professional, timely, and his work was outstanding. He worked with us in designing our new window for the bathroom to ensure it fit with the existing aesthetic of the house and met our needs. I hired Cross View Glass to replace all of the windows for my house. Colin did a wonderful job and totally exceeded our expectations. He came over to measure my windows twice to make sure the new windows he ordered were sized correctly. Knowing I'm very busy at work, he completed all 12 windows in only 3 and half days, through excellent attention to details. He refused to take shortcut; instead, he did a thorough job to make sure the windows were put in properly.
