Literally can NOT get ahold of them by phone... "this phone call my be recorded for quality assurance" then silence, then disconnect.. every time.. Umm, there would have to actually be a conversation to record before you worry yourselves about the quality of the conversation.

My account is up to date. But for some reason my unit was double-locked. I couldn't get into it without staff, and of course, because it's Saturday, the office is closed. Yes, there was a problem with my account back in March that wasn't my fault. A third party got ahold of my check and endorsed and cashed it fraudulently. But that was resolved months ago. Yet my unit is still not accessible in July. What if it was an emergency? I think this happened once before, and also they claimed nonpayment three or four times and I had to send a copy of my cancelled check to get it straightened out. The units

Haven't been to my unit in 6 months when I opened it up they're were mouse droppings all over. The unit has been fine till this time. I do normally go to it more often though. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I don't usually rate places, but I must say Plaza 15 Self Storage in Saratoga Springs is a very well managed facility. The front desk is very helpful and competent! If you need storage space, this place is highly recommended.
