This is the best storage facility in the Albany area!Mary Joe took great care of me! She went out of her way to ensure that I was a happy customer, and I am! Great customer service! A beautiful storage unit! Extremely clean for an outside storage unit, and you can tell that it’s very well-maintained! It is also a very secure property, the fence, cameras, and the keypad system, helped me sleep better at night! Also, it was super convenient to reserve my storage unit online, A quick easy document or two and my payment and I was all set to go! Thank you so much again secure it self storage for keeping

The best part about this storage was the simplicity of renting the unit. Can be done online, or in person. I choose the online and shortly after a lady called to confirm and get the rest of my info. Because she did, I was able to get there and simply open the gate found my shed and went to town ... This said, they do NOT have a bathroom for you to use so make sure you go before you get there! On top of that, and this is the 9ne that gets to me, it is NOT 24hrs. Accessibility, not unless you get manager approval AND pay an additional fee. Matt, who unfortunately is no longer there, was fantastic with customer service. My initial day using their facility was one of those days where everything was going wrong for me,& Matt was awesome. Since, the other staff is great, the units are new, clean, and secure. I highly recommend them for all your storage needs. They have climate controlled units & large units for boats and RVs, too.

DON'T EVEN HESITATE ... USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!! The units are spotless (even the outdoor ones!). I visited a few and this facility REALLY stands out!!!! Everything is EASY!!! AND SO CLEAN!!!!! In the hectic pace moving from a 4 bedroom home, I lost the keys to my locks and was afraid that I would have to get a locksmith at a very high cost to get me into each of the 6 storage units. I spoke to MaryJo and, in short order, she had a locksmith charge me for just one lock change (not 6!) and SHE HERSELF HELPED ME OUT BY BEING THERE WITH THE LOCKSMITH ... she put in the new 6 locks for me, labeled

I've used many storage facilities in my line of work and Secure-it is the best around. I always felt my possessions were safe due to the security gates and cameras. The grounds and units are kept immaculately clean, are well built and are weather resistant. The staff, management (Thanks Mary Jo) and owners are friendly, available and helpful. Prices are great. They have a secure online payment system that makes paying for units a breeze. I can't say enough good things about Secure-it. Highly recommend!

I was in need of storing my automobile for several weeks and I wanted to find the best option for safe and secure access and storage. I certainly found that. From my initial phone call to set up the storage to my call to move out, Mary Jo was very helpful and professional. The unit I had was extremely clean and allowed easy ability to get in and out. I know that when I need to store my vehicle again in the future, I will be a repeat customer.

Absolute worst experience trying to pick up a uhaul rental. I made a reservation through another uhaul location to pick up a 9’ van through the truck share. Upon arrival I couldn’t pick up the van as it kept showing that my reservation has expired. After 25 minutes on hold with uhaul, I am told this location doesn’t have the vehicles equipped for online pick up. I placed this order before noon which means the location was open and should have seen the reservation come in. No one called me to tell me i couldnt pick up there at night. I wasted an hour of night trying to figure this

I wish I could move into this storage unit. Everyone I have spoken to has gone above and beyond for me. The place is not only clean, but gorgeous!!! They make the process of renting a unit and even transferring into a larger unit so painless and smooth. I want to keep a unit forever just so I have an excuse to visit them! You truly will feel like you are being welcomed into someone’s home.

Had a generous amount of property stolen this weekend. Lock was not broken. The storage unit itself was cut and pried in to. Not sure what outdoor storage facility doesn’t enclose their units with a fenced perimeter but we thought this was a reputable place for whatever reason being brand new with 24/7 video surveillance. Our biggest mistake was trusting them with our belongings. Their website also advertise various expensive items that their customers store at their location. Beware!!!
