Very disappointed. I scheduled a simple annual boiler maintenance visit, was told I’d have to wait almost 2 months. Not a problem. So I took a day off work because I was given a 4 hour window. Decided to give them a call to confirm on the day of since it was getting closer to the end of that window. I was advised that apparently they don’t service steam boilers anymore. Seriously? I had to wait 2 months and waste my day off just to be told that they couldn’t deliver on their promise? Whatever happened to notifying your customers in timely fashion? And what if the boiler decides to give up

Mitch from A&J did an outstanding job in repairing a broken drain pipe in my bathroom. It was quite difficult because of limited space to work in my downstairs ceiling. However, Mitch worked like a true craftsmen and engineer combined by figuring out how to cut the pipe, construct a replacement piece and then install that piece to replace the worn out pipe.
He worked very hard and very smart. The leak is gone and water is flowing(inside the pipe).

All of A&J Installation's service/installation technicians have been courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and have been very reliable in a pinch over the years. Derek is great, and usually comes out for routine/not so routine maintenance. Mitch and Mario spent an entire 90+ degree hot summer day outside, and in my attic, installing a new AC system when the old one failed from a power outage. They went above and beyond to get the job done, and ensure customer satisfaction. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Charged $300 to come out and look at my AC and tells me nothing is wrong. 10 days later AC stops working. Wants to charge me another $300 to come back. Tells me he thinks I’m a talking nice but doesn’t like where this is going and says he is not coming out to service my AC. Mind boggling.

Had someone come out to my townhouse to give me an estimate on an AC replacement. I was told that I would have a quote the next day. Sent an email and waited 2 weeks but no response..If they weren't interested in doing the job, they should have told me up front and I would have started to look for someone else
