First of all our fence was put in when there was snow on the ground. We couldn't fully see everything until the snow melted. Once we were able to get to the fence we found multiple issues. Many pieces were deeply scratched. Some from top to bottom. The majority of the edges are not straight. The actual fence itself is not straight. To top it all of, the crew left multiple saw blades in my yard and I have small children. We tried numerous times to get Adam to come back out but he finally stopped responding. My husband left multiple messages until we finally gave up and accepted that we got what

If I could break-up this review I'd give Adam and his wife, Jill, 5-stars. Unfortunately, the subcontracting crew that came to install the fence would receive < 3-stars.
I really appreciate the above and beyond Jill and Adam did for us. We picked TOWN over 4 other quotes due to Adam's openness, candidness, and transparency during the quoting process. Plus, my dad and I throughly researched the fence and found the Echleon to be the better option of the two brands we were looking at. When we were about to make the final decision, Adam repriced the fence and made it much more competitive with another

I was shopping around for a fence contractor, and was disappointed with the results, until I came across Town ... Adam was very professional and prompt throughout the entire process. A couple of minor issues came up, which is to be expected with every home improvement, and Adam and his team were on point. Beautiful fence, high quality work, fair pricing and very professional. Don't shop around like i did, just choose Town!

Great experience all the way through. When I booked for a quote I spoke with the owners wife Jill, who was extremely nice and they were able to come out within a week for the quote.
Adam (owner) & his entire team were very professional and did a wonderful job putting up our white vinyl privacy fence. Great communication throughout. We also did a large one door swing gate across our driveway and I just love it! They listened to my concerns about having the fence as low to the ground as possible since I have 3 crazy dogs. I am incredibly happy with the result and look forward to enjoying my yard

Guided by the 5 star reviews here, I decided to call and schedule an appointment to get a quote for my backyard fence. It took several calls and a couple emails but Adam came out and gave me a quote. This was early to mid June. Adam also said that he couldn’t get to installing the fence until mid to late August and he needed half the money in advance. He cashed the check that I sent mid-July and by mid-August, I called to see if he had a date that he was planning on working on the fence. Suffice to say, it’s easier to get the president on the phone and return your calls than Adam. August came
