Had a leak coming through skylight. Contacted Piedmont and next morning Sergio was at our house and repaired the roof and fixed the leak. Prompt and honest service. Quality wood work removing skylight and replacing water damaged areas. Will definitely use next time we have a roofing issue.

We had an unforeseen roof/deck issue at the house we were hoping to close on which prevented the bank from allowing our loan to go through until it was corrected. Chris came to see the issue on a Saturday (!) and had a very knowledgeable and capable gentleman named Sergio at the house on Monday. The problem was fixed in 4 hours thus allowing us to close. I would STRONGLY recommend this company to anyone with roof issues.

We recently used Piedmont Roofing Company to replace the shingles on our roof. They did a fantastic job! They were able to come and inspect our roof to provide an quote within a few days of us contacting them, and they were able to come out and replace our roof the next week.
They coordinated the drop off of the materials and the drop off and pick up of the dumpster. The area around our house was completely cleaned after they replaced the roof (they even left it cleaner than when they arrived!). The entire process was very transparent, and the price was very fair for the service we received. I

I had an excellent experience with Piedmont Roofing from start to finish! I received several quotes before making the decision and felt most confident with Piedmont. Chris was very thorough with the assessment, addressed all my concerns and gave me various options to move forward. I really appreciated getting the quote during the initial walk-through and felt very comfortable with his knowledge and involvement with the process (not just a sales guy). I had my roof and gutters replaced as well as soffit and fascia repairs completed. I was kept up to date on everything throughout the installation

From start to finish my experience with Piedmont Roofing company was incredible! Chris and the whole team is so helpful and thorough. I knew exactly what was happening, how long it was all going to take and what types of products were being used. Everything was incredibly affordable too! Wow. Top notch experience from Piedmont Roofing. I don’t think I could’ve asked for better service. From the consultation to the implementation everything was quick, seamless and affordable! The representative showed up the next day and was not a “sales” guy but a knowledgeable team leader. Then, the crew showed up EARLY to start. I was shocked to find out the crew leader had been working with the company for 17 years. Many of the guys on the crew have been with him for a long time. I’ve never seen this before! The team took quick breaks and the job was done half a day early!
