Nick is thorough, responsible, respectful, caring, and extremely and impressively knowledgeable about the work he does. I am so thoroughly impressed with him. Found this company from the “Best Pick Reports”. Just called them and was told they’re out of town for a big project, so they couldn’t take my order. Just wonder can’t even make schedule/appointments after they finished their current job? So why the operator asked all the detail info.: phone#,address,email… If they couldn’t accept any new projects?

Gregg Bennett is the kind of contractor you want to deal with. All the detail you want, and covers areas you didn't think of. The crew, all business. They worked hard and smart to get a roof completed in less than one day, but it wasn't as much fast as it was non stop. Efficient. They cleaned up before they left and that was a lot of old roofing! Thanks.

With all due respect, please stop wasting people's time. I've been in customer service as well. If you're out of town on major projects, congratulations! Do NOT bother gathering excessive information on me when you know there is no intention to effectively follow up with the job other than to call me and tell me you can't take the job. That's wasting your time and mine. Surely there's a way to streamline your intake processing and figure out the timeline of when I need the work done, and if you know you'll be out of town for the future, communicate that. Clarifying expectations would be much appreciated

AC and his team did an amazing job replacing all of my windows and doors. It was a big job and his crews' workmanship was thorough and impeccable. When you are spending a lot of money on such an important home improvement, you want to feel comfort in who you are working with and their level of professionalism inside and outside of your home.
