Services
The Bell 25 system is a roof system with a 25-year workmanship warranty and 50-year material warranty. It is built with High Performance Architectural GAF Timberline shingles and best in class GAF leak barriers, GAF underlayment and GAF ventilation methods. It's finished with two 40-point inspections post completion, one by our Bell experts and another random inspection by GAF.
We understand that not all roofing projects apply to single-family homes. We offer a specialized service for roofing solutions for multi-family homes (apartment complexes, assisted living, etc.) as well as town homes and condominium communities that work with HOA committees. Through 10-year or 20-year NO LEAK warranties, your cash expenses are minimized over the lifetime of the roof.
Wind lifts tabs creasing shingles, exposing nails to water and enabling for water to come through the shingles. Trees can fall or be blown over, in many cases damaging the roofing system, the gutters, the decking and the framing. Our experts walk side-by-side with you through the process, offering first-hand support through this trying time.
All of our repairs carry a 1-year warranty on the work completed, with the exception of nail pops. Nail pops cannot be predicted and may occur at any time. In the unlikely occurrence of a returning leak on the repaired area, we'll come back out to address it at no charge. If another leak or issue arises in another area, it would be treated as a separate issue.

Bell Roofing was extremely patient while waiting for my not so timely carpenter to finish their framing work. Ricardo, the owner, came out several times and gave me pep talks to keep me encouraged as water leaks started occurring. The Bell Roofing referrals were stellar and I can vouch that the entire team is personable, professional, and have high integrity. Our job was finished in two days and that included additional carpentry work and full roof replacement, on time and agreed budget. We are so glad we got the roofing contractor right and you will be too!

It is very difficult to find a contractor you can trust. I am very skeptical and always look for how a contractor might be angling to take advantage and skip something, not follow through or just make the project difficult.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about my experience with Bell Roofing. They have been incredibly responsive, prompt, and helpful at every step of our project. What began with a goal of raising the roof and ceiling of a portion of an old addition became a much larger kitchen remodel, and the team at Bell went above and beyond to help with additional framing needs to accommodate. Several years ago, I had some leaks in my roof. Trying to support contractors in my community, I had one to look at my roof. After a month of being strung along being told that it was going to be repaired but nothing happening, my frustrations grew. I had roof damage due to Hurricane Michael. My insurance company informed me that I had to find my own contractor for the roof repair. I googled a few companies and decided on Bell Roofing due to the reviews I read. What a great choice I made.
