My old HotSpring Tub wasn't heating up and lights keep flashing even after rebooting.
I called multiple places and they are all booked up. Tyler came out right away after I called. He replaced the pump and offer a lot of advice on how to maintain the tub, super knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again.

First American Home Warranty contracted with Tahoe Pool Service after my 13-year old pool pump developed major problems (we jut bought the house).
After examining the problems, the tech submitted a replacement request, which the warranty company granted.
The guys from Tahoe Pool Service kept me informed every step of the way, including giving me an ETA the day they arrived to do the installation. The install seemed to go smoothly, and they demonstrated my new 2-stage pump before they left. They cleaned up all their materials, and left. No complaints.

I was connected to their electrical team through American Home Shield. The objective was to replace an electrical panel. They showed up quickly and evaluated the problem. However, after two weeks, i never heard back. I assumed it was just taking time to order the parts and set up an appointment to fixed the electrical panel. I eventually called them and was told they cant perform the work and dont have availability in their schedule. My frustration is 1) lack of communication and 2) not being able to complete the job, knowing what I was asking before they even came. Very disappointing. Im back

I'm really grateful for this service. When I met with clients to list their house, they asked me to help find a service for them. We discussed just draining the hot tub since nobody was using it. Fortunately Laura explained that was more costly and not good for the spa. Then after the second service they called me and said that since the snow had melted there was trash around the spa from previous vacation renters. I felt they went above and beyond to let me know so we could get it cleaned up. Thanks again Tahoe Pool Service!

This company is a absolute nightmare. Stay away. Their customer service rep Debbie is rude and condescending. When I signed up I asked for what day of the week they were going to be coming so I could notify my renters. I called twice and was told they would call me back which they never did. On third call I was told they already did the service. Also, in their contract they take your credit card information so they charge you whatever they want. I only wanted once a month service and asked for a drain and fill on only my first visit. I received my invoice and they charged me for 2 drain and fills

As bad as it gets. They seemed nice enough at first. However, they sent three different technicians over to fix my spa over a six week period. Each time, I had to call them to ask if the spa had been repaired and what parts had been ordered - each time being given a different list of parts ordered. Each technician giving me a different reason for the problem with my spa. Enough was enough so I went with a different company instead.

I have been a client of this business for 10 years. Lately with their new customer service contact, Debbie, working with them takes a toll on me. I am not complaining about the actual service, the technicians do a pretty good most of the time. But I often face disrespectful and patronizing tone in our communications and unprofessional handling of issues that come up. This company simply does not value our business.

The service we received from co-owner Mary was absolutely outstanding. We wanted to put in a hot tub within a tight time frame before family came into town. Mary not only made it happen, but she guided us through the process and checked in with the manufacturer and shipper daily to ensure all was on schedule.
The team that did the install and electrical did a fantastic job as well. Everyone was so helpful and professional. This local business truly delivers.

The technician is always on time, he is very friendly, courteous and informative and will answer all of my questions since I don't have a lot of knowledge on how to take care of a spa. I was having an issue with cloudy water and when I came back home later in the day my water was clear as can be. The staff at Tahoe Pool and Spa, Terra and Ali are always available to help me out with questions too. Thank you everyone. I am a happy camper. Mick

I called because I had a slow leak, they went billed $90 for a service call, charged my card, I had to call to find out what they did.
They returned for final fix, billed credit card, again I had to call to find out what they did. They applied the final fix.
Spa was leaking... so that would suggest spa shouldn't leak, right? Wrong.
Called to explain and provide proof that it was leaking still, they offered to return for more money, and another fix, because they fixed the first thing which was a leak. Told me i was wrong to assume they hadn't correctly fixed the first time. Logic

I knew nothing about water balancing prior to my visit to the Tahoe Pool Service, I did read all of their reviews and was sort of scared getting service through them, I came in on Monday morning and explained my situation, I spoke with their technician whose name was Josh and he was a very big and sweet guy, he has recommended a great product for water balancing and a booklet to go along with it. Water balancing is no joke and we spoke for over 25 minutes as he explained every step of the way to refill, clean and balance my jacuzzi. I've been buying my spa supplies here for years. If that's all you're in need of, no problem. They are priced fine and conveniently located. If you need your spa serviced, however, that's a whole 'nother nightmare.
