Pete, his wife & daughters are involved in the community and have been a part of successful business in Chester County for over a decade.
Opening your pool in the Spring isn't always as easy as it seems. We know your time is important, and our experience will be valuable to you when opening your pool for a refreshing summer. Opening includes: start up of all pool equipment, firing heater, removal of your tarp or pool cover, adding start up chemicals, 30 minutes of dedicated pool vacuuming, re-install steps and diving board (if applicable).
A properly secure and safe cover is the most important product you will purchase for your pool. Whether you own an inground vinyl liner, concrete, or fiberglass pool your family will benefit greatly from a properly fitting and secure safety cover. At Prell Pools we have years of experience installing, replacing or repairing winter safety covers.
Super Friendly, fair price, and while all the other pool companies refused to touch my pool, Prell pool came with lots of knowledge and able to make my pool functional again even thou its a very old structure. Always return my phone calls/emails. Super knowledgeable and friendly. I started contacting Pete the winter before I even had service.

If you want them to come out and do absolutely everything for you, they're great. We just bought our house a year ago and are new pool owners. In general, I like to do most things myself, but I have had them come out to help with different things. They are always very willing to explain different things to me and help me learn. This means a lot

I’m so impressed with this company. Having dealt with pool companies in the past that were far below my expectations , I have finally found “Prell”, who exceed every level of professionalism and reliability , while maintaining the most reasonable and effective pricing for their service. Prell Pool Service is a local company that we love using! Always on time, competitive pricing, the most personalized service, quick and efficient communication, and beautiful blue water in our pool all the time-what more could we ask for?! We love that they’re a full service operation too, unlike some other companies that can’t do all of the work necessary for pool maintenance (tile repair, etc.) All employees are excellent too, and unlike larger companies, we often see Pete himself and can always communicate with him or his wife Laura directly. Just opened our pool today as year number 3 with Prell pools. Because of his closing the pool so perfect in the fall the water today was crystal clear after he removed the cover. The owner I consider without a doubt the best in the business. He is skilled in plumbing and is also an electrician and as my pool mechanical s are complex there is nothing he can not do. I was honored today to meet his newest tech Austin who on gut instinct would trust him with my Caribbean. As a business owner I feel I have to write this review but on the other hand Prell pool services are a hidden gem in this area.

We can’t say enough about Laura, Pete and their staff! We are new to this whole pool thing, so we needed lots of “hand holding” through the process. They opened our pool, let us know what it needed without being pushy or trying to sell us something we didn’t need. They walked us through every step of the process kindly and with lots of patience. We couldn’t be more grateful to them. Austin and Alec came to replace a pump and do a few other things. They were courteous, prompt and professional. We can’t say enough about the whole process.
