We use arrow to for our weekly chem calls however they can’t seem to get it right because my pool is always turning green. Not only is not in swimmable condition multiple times this summer. They use the excuse the weather is tough, it rained too much, or I’m not sure what happened yet They continue to charge me for these visits and go backs and repeats to fix their errors and my kids can’t swim. They showed up last week unannounced - and is extremely frustrating especially when the kids are USING the pool and have to get out — when I inquire their response is “oh you needed more salt”

I would not use them again. They overcharged by probably $120 and at least $60 for a $180 extra visit. That last visit was to do work that was supposed to have been done on the second visit and to correct work that was done incorrectly on the second visit. They have bad, argumentative, illogical, unsatisfactory customer service representative (Mike). He said every job as different and he did not know the details of our job. Yet he twice refused to talk any of the 3 technicians who knew those details! It is impossible that visiting us twice for a job that should have been done in one visit took

Arrow has serviced our pool for years. We've had some ups and downs (all pool services have issues in my experience), but they are responsive, particularly Pat, the manager. Some of their staff have been with Arrow for decades, which is remarkable. They've upgraded our equipment over the years, they open and close the pool and fully service it with weekly chem calls (all at reasonable prices), and the pool looks and feels amazing. Today, July 4, the pool looked a little cloudy, and I noticed our salt water chlorinator just stopped working. They responded to my email and came out to adjust the chemicals

By far the best pool service I have ever encountered. We have had our pool for over a decade now and, as you can imagine, we have used many pool services. Arrow is the only one I will ever use now. My summer started out with my pump dying on me and it was the height of the pool opening season. But Arrow was still able to deploy a tech to replaced it and had the pool back up and running within 24 hours. They also solved several more problems this summer as the season went on. But what I would say the best thing about Arrow is the ease of doing business with them. Most of us are very busy

Finally hit my limit with Arrow. Customer service is unbelievably bad. I have had to call every few days to make sure repairs are getting any attention. No communication or follow-up. Three weeks past opening my pool and things still not done. And this is not an isolated incident. If you want reliable, professional pool service - look elsewhere!

Arrow does an awesome job. They helped me establish my new salt water pool and the owner, Brandon, has many years of experience and shared lots of valuable advice. His crew is professional and friendly. And most of all the work is top notch and reliable. I purchased a new home last year and it came with a home warranty and a pool warranty. I had some trouble with the pump leaking and I paid the deductible and Arrow was dispatched. Now, their phone service and receptiveness were great! However, the pump continued to leak and a bigger repair was required, which they did. This repair continued to leak, and I was told by some unhappy guys it will do that?? Really? The pool was closed for the season and when I re-opened the pool the same issue came back, it was the pump the whole time and with no warranty I was on the hook for the pump to be replaced

This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a contractor. Last summer I hired arrow pools to fix several cracks in my pool. The workers left their trash from their lunch on my property.
They padded my bill inexplicably for over $2,000! I was paying the workers by the hour and noticed that the hours charged seemed high compared with the amount of time that the workers were at my house. The manager, Rich was not able to explain or justify the high charges when I inquired about the bill. Rich became angry, yelled at me and hung up. He eventually provided the GPS coordinates for the

We were referred to Arrow by our home warranty company. They were at our house in short order, identified the issue with our heater and spa control panel, and had all the repairs made by the weekend. Start to finish, the job was done in a few days.

I have had an home warranty through AHS for over 15 years. During my time with them, I have had a few claims that I needed to file in order to get appliances, HVAC, plumbing etc repaired. I only keep them because in the event that a costly repair is needed, they offer a low service call deductible, and then the rest is covered...at least eventually.
Usually, they send a company that offers poor quality, doesn't show up when expected and borderline incompetent.
That all changed recently.
I called a claim in this past Sunday and expected a call back from a service company aout a week later

Certified that our pool passed inspection when buying our house. Found SO many issues once we moved in. The day we moved in the pool had lost over 2 feet of water so we called them to come out. They charged us for the visit but did nothing because he didn't have the right supplies with him. Then charged us again to fix the problem. I called and they did not refund the first visit.

If you are fortunate to own a pool, you need to acknowledge and realize the importance of special companies who care about your pool. Arrow Pool is an All-Star company. Larger brands (i.e. Leslie's, Anthony's, Sylvan's) have generic salesman that only sell you chemicals and erroneous sh*t you don't need. Take my advice and take advantage of their FREE evaluation and estimate...Quality is the most important factor in your pool!!!

I've used Arrow Pool for a number of years, but this year it's been very frustrating. Ever since they did the pool opening, there has been one issue after another, and despite multiple visit calls, the problems were not resolved. (Of course they charge for each visit call even though the problems were not resolved.) This has not happened in previous years. We are thinking of taking our business somewhere else.

We tried to use them to fix a problem and start weekly service. An appointment was made a week in advance and we were told that they would call early in the morning the day of the appointment to give a time. The day came and no call. When I called them, they said that some of the techs were sick and they had to reschedule for the next day and would call to give a time. The next day came and once again no call. This is the third year in a row that my pool had to be drained and painted by Arrow Pool. Each time they have been less and less accommodating. This year they said they could do it but needed to charge to do it "right" - pressure blast it and what I understood to be at their cost - after talking to other pool companies I find they are overcharging me for their mistake.
