Durango Hot Tub Service & Repair

Leo from Durango hot tub did a fantastic job out of the five places I called he's the only one that actually called back and came over and took care of the problem and it took a couple trips got it working great very happy!

I purchase a used spa from them 15+ years ago. Anytime I have had a problem, they were able to fix it at a fair price. I recommend Durango Hot tubs any chance I get. Thank you!!

Leo was able to come to my home and do a contactless assessment and repair of my hot tub the day after I called him. He was able to fix it on the spot and the hot tub it working great! I will definitely be using him for any further maintenance I need in the future. I have a redwood cylinder hot tub and he is only one of two people in town that I have been able to find that know how to work on that kind of spa.

Called and Leo came out to look at my hot tub. So after looking, he "needed" a deposit to order parts, $300. So he disconnected my circulation pump and was to "order" some silicone to seal my light. That was in the beginning of February. This is April 8, and he has asked me "not to be mad, but he doesn't have my $300 or plans to fix my hot tub". He keeps telling me that " his family" this or " having a bad day" that. He always has an excuse, but no real answer to fix it or give me my money back. The issue was resolved in may 2019 . It was a job in Mammoth , Az and there seemed to be a communication problem and scheduling issue.
With over 25 years in the Hot Tub field we always go the extra to make our customers feel they had a good experience with us

Leo came over to check a crack in my fiberglass spa. He took his time and inspected the spa. He gave me a fair repair cost but also let me know that the repair my fail and he could not guarentee it. I appreciated his honesty. He had a few used spa's available and invited me to come look them over. We agreed on a fair price for a used hot tub and he was able to deliver it and get it going 2 days after purchase. His delivery crew were professional and got the install taken care of with bo issues. Leo takes pride in his work and is willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. I will be using

Leo was great with staying in contact & working through some delivery complications; he did everything he said he would for the price he said & it all works beautifully!

Don’t waste your time w/ these guys. They came out for the initial $90 service call, found a cracked pump and another leak. I set up a day for them to come out and replace the pump, and dig a little more into the other possible leak. Apparently they do not like making money because they failed to show up and never called back after repeated calls to confirm.
