These guys are honest, and provide great service!!!! Their repair man Tony shows up on time, is well trained, fixes my old spa efficiently and keeps it running!

They sell pool tables, Cal Spas, And can fix spas.

Don is super-knowledgeable about CalSpas. As we had already owned two prior spas, we knew what we were looking for and Don was more than helpful in finding us a great deal. The store is kind of rough, but the spas are great! Loved wet-testing our floor model. Such a hoot! But it is a sure fire way to figure out if that's the spa you want. And, generally, floor models are a great way to save a lot of money. The two guys who delivered the spa to our home really knew their stuff and had no problem connecting it up. Recently, I returned a pillow that had given out and Don was happy to replace

Don't let the rough aesthetics turn you off. this is a solid spot. Very helpful sales person, not pushy at all, we got to sit on the spas. Because they do not have a fancy show room, I'm convinced that's the reason prices are so competitive.

They fixed my hot tub... reasonable prices, and I called and got someone right over. The reason I said 4/5 instead of 5 is that they couldn't do all the work in one day, which was fine, but then they didn't tell me when they were coming back and I had to reach out and follow up.

The owner of this place is 76 years old and acted like he was doing YOU a favor by waiting on you and answering questions. When I came in he was the only one there and was doing paperwork in his office. He acted disinterested and rude, like he had been interrupted and wanted to get rid of you so he could go back to what he had been doing. His store is dated, shabby, and overpriced. I bought a spa from one of his competitors, got a great deal and was treated like a valuable customer. Don't waste your time at Sequoia Spas.

Rude older gentleman. What I assume is his supervisormade, him go greet us.we are looking for a specific pool table he said yup they exist and then walked away. We said thank you as we were leaving knowing we were not going to get help and his response was "yup". Looking for a pool table and spa paying cash. Guess they don't want our business. Would not recommend.

I went here once and never returned. The service was just bad and not helpful-- the guy didn't seem to understand how to actually help customers. Instead of telling me how to do something he just kept telling me I wasn't doing something. No kidding-- that's why I was asking him questions to figure out how to do something correctly... to which he just kept telling me I wasn't doing it.

What the heck?

I walked out after trying to talk to him for a few minutes and trying to get assistance and getting absolutely nowhere with him.

Dimension one spa's are the brand they sell. Good prices, place looks outdated. I get my spa chemicals from this place. Service is very polite an fast.
