These gentlemen are really great!! My sisters up in age and needed some help with a roof leak. Unfortunately I’m pretty far away so I had to have someone who could fix her roof leak and do some hand holding. They did a really nice job! Repaired the leak, the cost was fair and they really handled everything well.

I just called this company on Wednesday to help with some snow removal on our roof. The dispatcher scheduled us for the "sometime the next day", quoted us a reasonable figure but then they never came out. I then got a strange message from the dispatcher on Thursday night saying they were going to cancel our appointment (which I assumed was the case given that it was nighttime) due to someone having a family emergency that day and we could reschedule for 2 days later. I called them right back - they did not answer and they have not called me back which I requested that they do. Their communication
