It's early so I'm giving them 4 1/2 stars. We have a 20 year old roof and I was contemplating a $10-15k replacement. Josh introduced me to this treatment solution to extend the life of the roof and we had the service done a few weeks ago.
Boy am I impressed at the new look of the roof. The moss is gone, the tired gray (and green) look is now a nice consistent dark gray fresh looking roof. I am confident that when we go to sell the house, the buyers will not have a single concern.
It is also a nice "Peace of Mind" thing to know that the roof is good for another half decade
