They come quickly are knowledgeable and professional. They had me replace outside unit and evaporator coil after large Freon leakand said no reason to replace whole unit. I know other companies would tell you whole thing would have to be replaced cause it happened in past with another unit. Great company to work with

We have been fortunate to have Poe Air take care of our heating and cooling needs for several years. They are top notch, professional, courteous and provide exemplary customer service.
They monitor our Trane system regularly and have been very reasonable when repairs have been necessary.
My advice: Try ‘em and you’ll like ‘em!

LOVE Poe Air!!! We have had 2 other people come out to "fix" our A/C unit. 1 replaced a transformer and 1 replaced some little black box thing that kept frying out. Poe checked EVERYTHING! Gary found a leak and fixed it, found some crazy wiring that somebody else had done and made it right and a couple of other things. He was fast, thorough, and professional. Not only that but they are also amazing people with big hearts. They are actively involved in helping a lot of homeless people and they give from their hearts. They will be the ONLY call we will make from now on. Could not ask for a better

As my husband said, "Poe air saved our marriage," and you know what? He is not lying. Poe Air came through in our darkest hour. We had three other AC companies come out and give us absurd quotes and random estimations of problems. Some didn't even crawl under our house to inspect the ducts or unit properly. It's really a mixed bag of who will arrive at your door claiming to be an expert...
Finally, after what seemed like decades of no AC, Gary Poe saved my life/air conditioner/marriage. Not only was he knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment, but he was reasonably priced

Ethics over Profit! In a day and age where it seems like people are more concerned with making money than treating people with respect. Today, I was pleasantly surprised with my service from Poe Air. I never thought I'd hear a company care about its customer more than money. Instead of the normal "we need to come out for a service call and that will be $$$" Gary called and offered some FREE tips on what to try. He could have easily came out, charged me for the service, and I would have been none the wiser.
