I had to schedule a dumpster delivery from a different state before driving to Chicago. They made that process very easy. Once we arrived, we ended up needing 2 more dumpsters as the job was much bigger than we originally thought. Carla was extremely helpful with getting two new empty dumpsters delivered on such short notice. I would highly recommend this company!

This dumpster has been sitting on my street, full, for over 3 weeks now. The dumpster was requested by the City of Chicago to collect street cleaning debris. The company knows that it is supposed to come pick up this dumpster, but for whatever reason they haven't done it. It is stinky, unsightly, and taking up precious parking spaces. This is an ok Company.
I was doing some excavation work in my basement and needed to haul 6 ten foot dumpster of dirt and broken concrete.
These guys were ok with reasonable prices when I started.
Afterward, they got greedy overnight, changed the price structure, expecting me to pay twice as much for my future dumpsters.
Need less to say I went back on google and found a much better price.

They used to be good, not anymore. I have gotten several dumpster from then in the past without to much hassle. The delivery and pickup was on time 60% of the time.
They they got greedy and try to put weight cap on dirt and concrete that would double our initial price agreement, all of this without prior notice.

It was a Thursday and i needed a 10ft dumpster on Saturday early morning. Karla told me that ALL dumpsters that size where already rented . I panicked and literally freaked out since I had shopped around and by far they had the BEST price and I had already set my budget based on that quote. She did indicate to me that she would do her best to accommodate me and find me a dumpster .. and SHE DID!!!!!! She literally saved my project . Wouldn't go anywhere else and neither should anybody else . Great customer service .

Very negative experience. I initially had high hopes when the dispatcher pulled up a satellite photo of my lot to ensure it would fit. First day they send the wrong size box despite my asking for a specific size and their review of the lot. The lot was closed off by a gate and I had to pay someone to be there.

Due to my contractor's poor planning, I was in dire need of a 30 yard container on a Friday afternoon. After calling several places, the quickest I could get one was Monday afternoon , which would've been disastrous. Then I called Brackenbox and Carla made it happen. Within two hours I had a 30 yarder in front of my Southwest Chicago property for a live-load. The next morning (Saturday) my contract called again and said, "can I get another dumpster today?" I told him no way, but I'd try. Once again, Carla had the 30 yarder out there in two hours.

Used these roll off dumpsters plenty of times for my buildings remodels. I never had a issue with any of the deliveries, dumpsters, or drivers. The call center is quick and efficient when open or replying when leaving a message when closed. The doors on the dumpsters were easy to open for walk in garbage at first. Very reasonable prices as well.

I have used Brackenbox for the last 3 years that I have did spring/fall cleaning of my house. I have had excellent service in the past which made me continue using them. However, I order a Dumpster from them to be delivered on 10/29 between 6 and 8 a.m. After no one had called or came after 8:00, I call them. Only to be told that the driver had just left. There location is only about 20 to 30 minutes from me. I waited another hour, still a no show. I called them again and was given another excuse. I've ordered over a hundred roll off dumpsters within the last 15 years....never have I received such poor service before. Stained my driveway with oil from the drop off truck....refused to come remove it.......then the pick up truck dumped most of three yard rock we put in the dumpster back onto my driveway. Driver didn't apologize.....then didn't say thank you when I asked my son's to help him get it up. I will use roll off dumpsters again but NEVER with Brakenbox!! No one has come out to investigate the claim nor remove the stain.

I got the best price for a roll off dumpster. I called everyone and Brackenbox gave a flat rate and no B.S. per ton overage or complicated contract. The delivery guy was great and put some plywood down to protect my driveway. Very happy with the dumpster and service. Highly recommended for a roll off dumpster.

We order three containers from Bracken box. First two went fine delivered and pick up as promised Drop off and picked up without any damage. The third pick up completely placed deep rut and broke up the concrete pad. Contacted the company and eventually did send out a representative to review the damage. The party did agree to repair the rut and black top the pad after the f=ground thawed. Originally delivery was November. Now in March contacted the company several no return calls finally contacted the owner. Owner says "I don't care what was said, I am the owner and will not repair

When it came time to clean out our late father's home, my sisters and I knew that almost everything had to go.
