I have had 2 Big Box dumpsters over the past 11 months, one for move-out clearing of my former house & the next box for the rubbish from a remodel in the new home. The office is always responsive & easy to deal with. The scheduled pick-up & drop-off times were met, plus the driver was very kind to my grandson who was in awe of the movement of this dumpster on & off the driveway. After my neighbor saw Big Box in my driveway, he also used them for his project! I have used this company twice to clean up my fathers basement. They were great and made good on their commitments and my special requests. I even had some specific questions over the weekend and they answered the phone to address my concerns. I did not have to leave a message and wait for an answer. I just called for a quote and when i informed the lady who answered the phone the she was in fact NOT the cheapest price in the area she told me she wanted to see a copy of my credit card statement. she then proceeded to accuse me of lying to her and that i probably just worked for one of their competitors. don't waist your time calling this place. Waste Management quoted me a price that was higher and then worked with me on the price which ended up being $50 lower than this company. never had a company tell me they wanted to see a copy of a credit card statement before.
