Took 3 months to schedule repair and then the work they completed was very low quality...roof was leaking less than 3 weeks after their repair...AVOID!
Edit: They blame the insurance company for not covering the work in the claim, but they won't even inspect the damage themselves. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Thank you so much for turning a bad situation into a fully cared for flawless transaction. Vivian and the team were on point and were very responsive when my basement flooded in the middle of the night. Vivian was able to get her crew out to me right away to mitigate the flood and also do all of the clean up in my basement. They are highly recommended!!!

Real quick doing the cleanup..BUT once you sign a contract they will take thier sweet time doing everything else.. got the run around for FIVE months about doing my bathroom.. All they did was blame employees who conveniently quit on them... (NO WONDER!) After the last month of no plan to do my bathroom I decided they would not be involved anymore.. They then charged a NON agreed amount of almost 6 thousand for just the initial cleanup and threatened to put a lien against my house..There are better more honest companies out there..AVOID

We loved working with Unlimited Fire Restoration. From the beginning, Agnes was very responsive and informative. At no time did we feel pressure to go with them nor was there constant upselling. Robert and the rest of the team did an amazing job! Whenever we pointed out something we saw, they addressed it right away and there was no “arguing” about it.
Agnes really made the process easy and stress free! I really felt like she listened to our concerns and wasn’t just trying to squeeze our every dollar.

We had water damage from a bathroom leak and needed wood flooring redone, ceiling ripped out and replaced and carpet replaced. Agnes coordinated the whole process easily. I feel blessed to have worked with her. The end result was gorgeous.

This company is the worst after they take your money. They did a work on my in-laws when they had the fire at their house back in 2015-2016, and when they were trying to get the work, this guy name Felix was there every single morning until my father in-law said yes. After 1 year the roof started leaking , doorbell was not working and one fo the… light inside was not working properly, he tried contacting Felix because that’s the guy that spoke Spanish cause of my in law, he would not answer his calls no more and at one point he blocked him. First off let me say Vivian is a super hero, she was our PM after our fire. This company was a one stop shop, she made sure we had a place to live (she contacted temp housing for us), all of our things they could save cleaned (she contacted the cleaners for us), she worked with the state farm adjuster and they got us all back together again, our house is a million times better than what it was before the 🔥, Robert is and was always available, they even fix things that was not even apart of contract. I would definitely use them again even if not a fire. The staff was also very friendly. Thanks

Let me preface this as I was a previously happy customer up until now. I had a gutter problem and am 1400 miles from home in school with no one to help me. So, I called a contractor I had used previously for a rather big job ($23k). I figured being a repeat customer meant something and I could trust him.
