On 4th of July 2021, after a week of rain, I heard what sounded like an explosion in the living room. The ceiling had collapsed! Long story short, a spot on the roof had been leaking for maybe over a year.
Anyway, enter Aaron, who's a friend of my daughter's since high school. I was absolutely at a loss where to even start to recover from this. Aaron patiently walked me through the whole process, including insurance navigation. His team came in, tested for water and mold, removed the damaged ceiling, wall portions, floor that had warping and closet. It was quite an interesting, complicated process

I found this company to be very responsive, professional. we used them to clean up water damage in our house and to remodel our house afterward. the workers that are working for him are very hard workers. they are detailed, and are always on time and communicated with us throughout the entire process. we were very happy with them. There was a problem with our flooring (the fault of the flooring store not water medics) Aaron and his team backed me up and helped me get a 100% refund from the store, Aaron was a pleasure to work with. I would hire him again if we found ourselves in this situation again

Thank you very much to Aaron and his team for such immediate attention to our water damage. We just moved into a new home and quickly realized (even after a very through home inspectio) we had major water damage due to a malfunction of the master shower. Aaron at Water Medics was very responsive to my immediate mitigation needs for ice damming that occurred due to the harsh winter. Not only did he arrive the same day I called him for an inspection, he and his crew showed up 2 days later to begin the mitigation process. He worked directly with my insurance company and let them know exactly what would be done to prevent further damage. His crew was polite, responsive, and cleaned up after the work was completed.

Aaron and his crew were very good on getting the job done in a timely manner, they prepped my house to keep it safe before work began. I also really liked how Aaron kept me informed throughout the entire project on what was going on and what was expected. In my experience it’s hard to find contractors that kept me informed during a project. This company also put my home back together after the damages. I had mold from a second floor toilet leak and missing drywall from the water leaking onto the first floor ceiling. We discovered we had a water pipe break this past Sunday morning. I called Aaron and he arrived within a couple hours. He and his team worked straight through for 8 hours and returned the next day for additional work. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions.
