Incredible service especially by Mitch. Starting off during the sales process he answered all questions. He goes above and beyond each and every time that I contact the office. We have had our hot tub for just over a year and he still remembers me when I call or come into the office Mitch not only calls back but also follows up after to make sure that everything gets resolved in a timely fashion to his standards. My Hydropool 12 ft FFP and Covana cover from Beninati Pools has changed my life.
It is impossible to describe how wonderful this swim spa is. I use it daily, in large part due to the ease of raising and lowering the Covana cover/gazebo. Everything about this pool / cover is state of the art and ideally designed for use in Michigan. I had no idea how much I would love it, and my friends all do, too.
The installation alone was impressive to watch: I cannot imagine anyone attempting this without a team of experienced installers. Beninati takes care of all of that as part of the price.

Had a swimming pool with hot tub installed and completed just this year (2021) in the spring by Beninati. My wife and I are very pleased with the result as well as the service. I ordered a beautiful self-cleaning spa from Beninati last year even though I don't live directly in the Utica area, and I have other stores closer to me. I found them to be the most honest people with the best inventory, and they were willing to help me with any question and any problem that came up during the process. I definitely would recommend them and buy from them again!

Just disappointed, I came in ready to buy with cash in my pocket. What the salesmen did not know is I was in looking and pricing back in oct. now I understand a lot as gone on over the last few months but what happened here was just rude. As soon as I started to ask questions the salesmen told me that nothing is less then $10,000 and anything bought somewhere else is junk. Then Said why don’t I just give you a brochure and if you have questions you can call us. If you are interested in building a pool, stay far away from the Beninati team. They have beautiful work but the worst customer service. If you decide to go with them, plan on being mistreated and on adding anywhere from 10-20k in additional costs. We are a group of 12 families that have used them and each one of us were given bills that we did not expect for additional costs and not discussed with us. Their finance person is very rude and disrespectful especially to women. The manager of the store, who happens to be the son of the owner came to our home to discuss our concerns with the job and

Absolutely the worst people! Terrible pool builders and even worse Customer Service! John and his twin brother become complete no-shows after the money is paid! We spent over $400,000 on our pool and landscape hard scape... Three years later the hard scape is complete trash, the spa and pool are leaking, the whole pump system is broken! Find anyone else to do your pool

Wonderful customer service all around, especially from Sara and Brooklyn. All the workers are very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and quick and ready to help. I’ve been testing my water and buying pool chemicals from Beninati for a few years and am very pleased with the customer service, Sara & Brooklyn were so helpful and kind these past few times I’ve been to the pool store. Was curious about getting a pool for next spring. Was looking at possibly a semi-above ground or above ground pool. Went in last Wednesday to see what they had to offer. Was met at the door by a salesman who said "our pools start at 65,000 dollars". You could tell that he thought I shouldn't be in there, which I thought was exceedingly rude. Another salesman showed me only in ground pools and didn't want to show me any above ground pools even though they're presented in their website. I will not be back. Am going through a major competitor of theirs on a recommendation

Thanks for the quick responses. I don't know if it makes me feel better or worse that so many people had the exact same experience. I would like to have thought we did our due diligence before putting so much money into a project. What we specifically are looking for now is
1. people who have problems with the finish of the pool, especially people who put in the "Beninati blue" special belnd. (special all right)

I went back to get my pool water re-tested after buying $76 worth of chemicals. I only put in 1/2 of recommended chemicals I bought, and then only put in 1/2 of what the print-out told me. My water re-test came back perfect. WTH?! So I bought $40 worth of chemicals I did not need, and cannot return because "All Chem sales are Final". Oh well, live & learn. Never follow the fancy computer instructions to a T. Start w/ one or two chemicals, and add those with care. Then recheck. If you still need additional chemicals that computer said you initially needed, then you can buy

I love this place! I come here often for pool supplies and they always treat me like family. Jacob is the man to talk to, he knows the business very well, will help you with anything you need and he's an honest guy. Can't go wrong with that! The new store is very nice, I'm happy to see that they have more space now!
