Tradewinds Spas, Hot Tubs, Saunas and More now offers convenient east and west side showrooms located in Utica and Novi, Michigan. Our east side location is located at 7748 Auburn in the Utica historic district, one block north of M-59 (Hall Road) and just west of Old Van Dyke. Tradewinds Spas observes and closes on most national holidays.

We purchased a high end spa in 2012 and it has virtually been maintenance free for years of use. We have recently had a couple issues that required a tech to repair and both times we have had exceptional service and great response time! We are very happy to have our spa working again as we use it almost daily! Thank you Greg for the great service on our tub!

Call made to Carol for infrared repair it was stated to me it would be 2-3 before I will be contacted I missed his call I returned his called I was never contacted back several call was made to this business and the same thing was said or the phone went unanswered I can't believe they rated @ 4.8

We purchased two hot tubs from trade winds in Utica. We have had our hot tub for years. We moved and purchased a second one. The owners are super nice to deal with, always making sure you are happy with your purchase. We have had to call for service and they were prompt in coming out and such nice people to deal with. I would recommend this company to all my friends. They are a great company great people , awesome to deal with ,great service. Just moving from NY to Michigan after buying our first house, the first thing we wanted was a hot tub. We went to several hot tub stores all over -- even went out as far to Ann Arbor. Tradewinds Spas was hands down the best store! I went to both locations (Novi and Utica) -- no skeevy sales people like you find in the other stores -- no high pressure sales tactics. They are a family owned business and it shows in their customer service. Stephanie and Gail were so helpful, patient, and really spent time answering all of our questions as first time spa owners. The spa is great, the service is horrible!!! Have a warrant issue that still has not been resolved for 6 months!! spoke with a Stephanie and was told replacement parts will be 2 weeks, and now every time I call she is upset with me for following up. The owner sounded at least a little concerned, but this does nothing for getting my spa fixed.

7 years ago we bought a Caldera spa from Tradewinds. We have received nothing but stellar service from them since then. We have required service calls twice, both in and out of warranty, and the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The owner, Keith, always goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy, even checking up days after a repair has been made to verify that everything is perfect. They are definitely concerned with keeping the customer happy long after the sale.

I bought my spa here last year and it was a great experience from start to finish. Keith, the owner, stayed two hours late one night to let us wet test three of the hot tubs we were considering. They delivered the hot tub exactly when they said they would and spent ample time showing us how to operate and maintain the tub. We've had two service calls since purchasing and both were good experiences.

My only complaint is that there is usually only one person working when I go there to buy supplies, so if another customer is in there inquiring about spas, it can be a long wait to get what I
