Educate and advise our customers on how to properly maintain their chimneys in a safe and efficient manner. Prevent small, inexpensive problems from developing into large, costly and potentially hazardous conditions. Now, let's focus on the "making money" issue since this is one of the determining factors which customers use to decide on who to use.
When you call us to your home, you can expect a courteous service person who will thoroughly inspect your chimney and document it on video tape so you may see your chimneys' condition. Should your chimney require any repair work or should the service person recommend any preventative maintenance, it will be explained to you along with a written estimate that itemizes and details the work.

Dieters Hagen is the absolute BEST chimney company I've ever dealt with.
After my General Contractor fizzled out (indicted, bankrupt, etc) - Mike from Dieters Hagen stayed the course and completed the job and worked with me (homeowner) on payment terms and was overly flexible.
While building an entirely new chimney and fireplace, they came to know my wife and children, all of whom still refer to Mike as "Fireplace Mike".
The finished product is 100% - above all expectations.
I couldn't recommend them any more than that, and I wouldn't recommend any other company after dealing with them.

Dieters Hagen Chimney services is hands down the best in class on Long Island. My family has used Mike for decades and every time has came thru with exceptional service for all our needs. Weather it’s routine maintenance, masonry repointing, or replacing liners there’s nothing he can’t do Chimney related. It’s refreshing working with such a professional and with someone so honest. Chimney Mike is the Man! He dropped everything to restore our heat in the dead of winter and didn’t quit until the job was done. Chimney Mike succeeded where others had tried and failed. From the moment that Mike came over to give us an estimate, it was clear that he knew his stuff. He was clear in explanation on what needed to be done, honest, and transparent about the process. I never felt like he was upselling us on something we didn’t need, and trusted his advice to fix our problem. Mike, and his team did a wonderful chimney job for me. Great communication before, during and after the job was complete. Always on time and my property was spotless at the end of the job.
