You call them and it's like you're bothering them. I don't know who picks up the phone but she's miserable. Any way a year or year and a half ago, I scheduled an appointment with them to do a chimney inspection and cleaning and for a while they didn't come, kept postponing. Then finally, they decide to come and gave me a discount for all the delay; $75 for everything. Ok great, not a bad price from the original (don't remember the exact number). I called Allied in January when my heating guy finally realized that my heat issue was related to my chimney. I found Allied, they came that day. Mike and his guys knew immediately that I needed a chimney liner- fast work, good price and nice guys. Today, I needed Allied again to check a minor thing on my roof (they do that too!)- again quick, reasonably priced and just pleasant guys. Glad I called them.

The pilot light of our new hot water heater kept going out. Rubin was able to diagnose the problem quickly, walking us through both the problem and his proposed solution. He was patient and answered all our questions. He and his crew were able to install a new chimney line, and fix the exhaust flow of our boiler, to solve the problem -- all in a few hours. Rubin was professional, responsive, and respectful -- same with his crew. Would definitely recommend Rubin and Allied.

Mike and his crew a team of five guys all very professional and attentive to our needs came to clean and inspect my chimney and wood burning fireplace. They completed a chimney sweep and inspection of our fireplace to our recently purchased home. There were a lot of issues with our fireplace a crack in the fluke , a missing cap , no liner in chimney where our gas exhaust is released through chimney , broken damper , and dead bird in our chimney. This team did an excellent job making all of the necessary repairs to make our chimney work efficiently and they did it very quickly given the job at hand

Called for an estimate and they came an hour later. (With a crew of four) Their estimate was less than 50% of the previous company for the same repairs.
They worked quickly and did not leave one speck of dirt.
One of the workers even left his personal number in case there were any problems.

Called & asked about the chimney cleaning special on their website. Was told they don't do chimney's on that special, it's just for boilers. Went word by word from the ad on their website which clearly states "chimney" cleaning. The woman on the phone said she would have to speak with her manager. Felt this was deceptive & misinformatin

I needed an emergency installation of a flue from a new boiler. It was installed the day after I met with Joey. The job was harder than we thought but he took it in his stride. He is knowledgable, professional and polite. Upon completion the boiler was venting properly and the building was heating. The new boiler has an auto shut off if it was n't venting so my very irate tenants are much happier. Dealing with the office is also a pleasure. Fraud! Will ALWAYS say it needs more work! Look at the poor guys who reviewed him, thinking he was doing them a big favor! Baits you on a cheap inspection, then tells you chimney needs fixing, or even a new $2000 lining! Unless you make it clear that all you want is a regular cleaning. Then he just doesn't show up! How do I know all this? a) I got snagged by him! b)Just read all the reviews, even the positive ones! Your choice: Get ripped off, or get someone else!

Found Allied on google and they were the only company in the area of Brooklyn with the best reviews. The man on the phone said he will come in between 10-12pm and came at 11pm. We originally wanted a chimney cleaning, but after inspection, it appeared we needed to line the chimney since ours wasn't holding up too well. The team did a great job, reasonable price, and left our place clean! Would definitely recommend!

My husband picked Allied out of the yellow pages and contracted them to do our four story chimney. We could not be happier with them or the job they did. They were prompt, clean, skillful to the highest degree and saved us breaking through walls on every floor. Had an appointment today for a chimney cleaning between 8-10AM. Received a phone call at 830AM to let me know they were on their way. At 11:30 they still were not here so I called back to only get a voicemail. At 2PM, no response so I called again only to get Voicemail. 4PM I received a call from a lovely secretary to apologize and try to reschedule. I told her thanks, I will find another company.

I called and spoke to Mike to schedule a chimney cleaning. He said the date we picked was ideal. I gave him the number of my associate who would be there to let him in. She called him the day before to confirm and she either reached his voicemail or got hung up on.
I called later that day and reached Mike. He said that he would need to move back the cleaning time that day. I asked if he had planned on calling or telling us and he said that yes, he would have eventually called us. So I told him if he needed to move it back

Had a 9 AM appointment to take advantage of their $29.95 chimney cleaning special and instead got a no show. didn't get a call either. When I called at 11:30 I spoke with their rep Mike, who had no idea who i was (I'd spoken to him twice before).
He did find my 9 AM appointment though and announced he was running late. He promised to come that afternoon at 1:30. Like a fool I waited, only to get a second no-show/call. Here it is days later and still no call to reschedule, so we have somebody else coming on Saturday to do the job.
