From start to finish, this company has been downright negligent. It started with people not showing up the first few weeks with excuse after excuse and then escalated to people showing up at 9pm on a Friday night, as I'm about to get in the hottub and its pitch dark. Ultimately this past week we opened it to find its green, moldy, smells awful and we can't use it(after it was supposedly serviced and no one had been in it). That resulted in hundreds and hundreds of dollars to drain and buy all new filters, which were now black. The new company said it appeared bleach was used. Avoid this company
