They charge you for things they did not show up to do. Do not share your credit card information to this company.. They charged us over $1000 for opening our pool last year 2020. And this year, They charged my credit card for opening our pool (Will never use them to open my pool after charging us over $1000 and they still charged my credit card).. DO NOT CALL THEM!!

They never answer the phone or emails, if you leave a message they will not call you back. Recurring problems all summer. They do not come on time or as scheduled, and they charge you for things they did not show up to do. If you are too busy for customers, stop taking new clients. Simple.

Was a customer years ago and they were bad. But the worst is the lady at the office!
They still keep emailing me to sign a new contract. I tried to block them, called few times and left messages, emailed Jennifer asking to remove me of their list but as always NO RESPONSE!!!!
Do yourself a favor and never even start with this company.

I purchased my Pool heater 3 years ago, recently it failed. Fortunately, Clean & Clear was an Authorized PRO dealer for Jandy/ Zodiac products so the heater was covered. Zodiac sent ALL the internal parts instead of the entire assembled unit, so Clean & Clear had to bare the expense of the labor that it took to replace all the internal part of the heater at no-charge to me. Despite the pandemic, they resolved the issue just before the end of the summer in-time for the Fall weather. I am grateful to Jennifer and her crew. Thank you!

Just had them close my pool. I wanted to see how it was done more to understand how the system worked as i am a new pool owner. They showed up as promised however i need to run out. with no issues the service tech advised he would return. as promised they returned on time and were more then willing to explain how everything worked during the process. i would recommend this company and will def use them again

I am sorry to read all these reviews. I guess people only report the "bad" . I had a incredible experience with Clean & Clear. The opening team was educated and informative. I have never owner a pool before and they were patient and stayed to show me what they were doing and how to run my pool etc. The cleaning crew came back and got my black pool clean in just 4 visits. I will recommend them to friends.

I have no idea why this other person gave such a bad review. They were fabulous! Every other pool company I called were more expensive and could not come out until next week. Our pool pump stopped working and we didn't know if the whole system needed to be replaced. I was able to text pictures of the model and service was sent out the very next day. They diagnosed the problem immediately and honestly. All we had to do was take the pump to a mechanical shop and have it fixed. Thank you Clean and Clear Swimming Pool!

I knew the price was to good to be true. I booked them about 2 weeks ago and received a confirmation via email for 5/29. I called the on the 29th in the morning because did not receive a confirmation the day before. Left a message at 9 and 1030 am, finally received a call back 2 hours later. The rep, said that they were swamped but they would do my pool by this evening. Well 9 pm and no one showed up, called to reschedule or apologize. Took the day off for nothing. I made the mistake of booking them without checking their reviews. Apparently this is a common practice for them. Customer service
