Throughout the whole process, Jonathan Homes was very communicative and transparent of the their choices and milestones throughout the build process. Pre-PA we were given a list of all of the upgrades we had to choose from, and our selections meeting with Jonathan really helped to get an understanding of all of the different choices and upgrades that were available. We had the pleasure of building our home with Jonathan Homes in 2021. The communication from the team, especially Renee, was always timely and professional. They addressed any question or concern we had without making us feel like we were being burdensome. The house was finished on-time, and they were transparent with the construction schedule. There were a couple of items that needed to be addressed shortly after closing due to timing of product availability, and they ensured each was followed up on until completion. We love our new home and appreciate the entire team at Jonathan Homes.

Jonathan Homes is one of a kind. They are a local builder and care about their reputation. Their homes are beautiful and extremely high quality. I was so impressed with their entire process. We would highly recommend Jonathan Homes! Building a house with them was a wonderful process, from start to finish. They even finished early, allowing us to move in sooner then planned. We've been in our house over a year and have no regrets, would do it all over again with Jonathan Homes. We love our house and the top quality materials/products that they used!
