We bought our dream home from Centra Homes almost 2 years ago and it is the best purchase we have ever made. Not only was the process stress free but we also got the home we have always wanted. Any issue we have had the warranty claims department was "Johnny on the spot" and completed the issue to our satisfaction. Thank You Centra Homes for giving us the home we have always wanted.

Overall, the prices and quality are probably about average, but do not expect Centra to care about your experience. 2 stars, would not recommend. We built our home 3 years ago.
They are weird about some things in the build process, for example when we selected our doors. They gave us a printout of the doors we had to choose from, and when we selected the solid doors on the page they said we couldn't because those were only an option in Woodbury. We said we would gladly pay for upgrade, but they said our only option would be to install the hollow doors and then replace every door in our house after

I am a great fan of Centra Homes, I like the fact that they are local, and have one person for each of their developments. I personally got to meet the one who was in charge of building the homes in the development which I think makes it more personal and an enjoyable experience.
Very nice, respectful and knowledgeable of the industry. I think their prices are great and of slightly better quality than some of the other builders I have seen in the same price ranges.

By far the worst craftmans ship I have seen. We have been in our home 4 months and have submitted 5 maintenance requests. Also our back yar was graded incorrectly and we haven't been able to use it since we moved it. They have done nothing to fix it. You can see every drywall line and they used the cheapest product they could find. You pay high dollar for crap!
