I really appreciated Jenny in the office who was always prompt to respond to any questions we had! These houses in Creekside Village in Blaine are built on filled in wetlands. Wouldn't surprise me if these houses have foundation issues down the road. I watched a few of these houses be built and if you look close, they are poorly built and way overpriced. Not to mention the crews do not follow city ordinances. I seen the water and ice on one of the roofs blow off and tear all over from the wind. They just stapled chunks back down. You would be absolutely nuts to buy one of these in this development. Unless you like the sweet sounds of the fire and police department flying down 109th and hwy 65
