I whent into the dealership the other day after seeing the car my expanding family has been looking for. Connor Wood ended up helping us and in my opinion went above and beyond to get us the car we needed lower than what we were expecting. Overall he made it a wonderful and excellent experience and was polite, friendly, and personal. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car or looking to trade in to see him.

Even with an appointment, it took nearly an hour to get my oil changed. I had called to make the appointment (twice) and was assured I would be called back, I was not. I was finally able to book the appointment online. I am only giving four stars because the techs are friendly and came to the showroom to let me know the car was done rather than make me guess.

I purchased a vehicle from them and paid for lifetime oil changes. Two weeks after buying the car, my vehicle was totalled by a person that ran a stop signed. I bought a used car from a private person and wanted to transfer my oil changes to the new car since I never had a chance to use it. Wasilla Chevrolet gave me nothing but a run around. Whatever
happened to customer service. Avoid them.
Update. I did hear from the Chevy dealership. They said it could take 3-4 months to get it straightened out. So far nothing has been done.

Trace was extremely helpful. I put money down on a car that was on its way up here and he did very good to keep me updated on its status. I felt very comfortable asking him any questions I had and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I am so so so excited about my car and I couldn’t be happier with it or the service I received at the dealership.
