Asonte and Rachael made our experience great. They weren't pushy or money-hungry like some car dealers. They worked with us to get something that was a good fit for both our family and budget. Worst dealership in anchorage.
My buddy purchased a Truck from them almost a year ago with some minor issues they had promised in the contract to fix. They still havnt fixed it for him, they threw on a few parts that weren’t even related to the issue. Driving home the other night the front wheel sheers the studs completely and the wheel falls off while driving. Luckily for my buddy he wasn’t traveling fast (otherwise Kendall fords inability and incompetence to repair vehicles properly would have taken my friends life) once he called for roadside assistance from them it took 8 hours to get

We purchased a new F-150 Hybrid and our sales representative, Jordan Embrey was very pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable about all the technical aspects of this vehicle and took the time to show us how it works and the capability of the systems on board. He also assisted us in transferring our belongings from our old truck to the new one.

Just purchased a car from Michael Grace at Kendall Ford. I highly recommend Mr. Grace and the team at Kendall. Did the entire purchase, sight-unseen. Picked the car on the phone. Mr. Grace picked me up at the airport. In his personal vehicle I might add. Got me through the purchase with no issues. Mr. Little with finance was outstanding. I got a great rate. So easy, I cannot say. They were very welcoming and a wealth of information about Alaska and the communities. Lots of experience. Mr. Grace, "Mike," is a very kind individual and trustworthy. I would buy another vehicle from them in the future
