It was the most amazing customer service and the welcome was wonderful. The salesman who assisted me was Fonzie, he is a kind and wonderful person, he assisted me to buy the car, he was there every step of the way. The best car dealership experience I've had so far. We worked with Wes Boatwright who actually listened to what we were looking for and provided us options based on our criteria. Mike L. Was my sales person and Kendall Toyota. He went above and beyond to get the deal done. In all honesty, in my 20+ yrs buying/selling cars, this was the best experience I’ve had. Top notch customer service by Mike that didn’t end the second the sale was done. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end, more specifically I would like to give high praise to my saleswoman Rita Villanueva. Not only was she extremely genuine and a gentle person to boot, but also a true professional. My wife and I had been talking about an upgrade for me and even though we waited until late in the game, Sam Park was the man to help us out. We already knew what we wanted but he was able to narrow down what was coming in and when to make sure we could meet our timeline as well. Sam was a joyful smiling face and really made the whole experience seamless. Shout out to Anthony in financing too! He was able to negotiate down with us on some options and get us a great rate and options as well.
