It was definitely a pleasure working with the team at Kendall Volkswagen here in Anchorage. Eleazar Torino is the best salesman I've ever worked with, he was on board from the beginning, about my price point and what I needed in a car. The market right now is wild, and I was updated immediately when inventory arrived which was definitely helpful. El really made me feel like he cared about getting me in the right vehicle, and that's what happened.

I have to say this was the most seamless process for me. I reached out to Car Salesman, Eleazar Torino and let him know of my situation and he painted a picture of reality, but in the most respectful and honest way. The challenges of the pandemic have effected day to day life for me and it was time to pull the plug for a second vehicle. They certainly worked hard to earn my business and very happy with the experience and especially the follow up by Eleazar. I didn't think it was going to happen but they were a superb group of individuals who helped me. They were very respectful, quick, answered all questions I had and even answered questions I didn’t have lol.Overall making it an EXTREMELY EASY experience and process. We started looking for a new car a few months ago but due to medical emergencies it got put on hold but thanks to Eleazar Torino he didn’t put any pressure on a deal but did a great job of keeping me informed of what was coming on the lot to look at. Once we were ready he has all the models we wanted to look at pulled up front and warmed up for a test drive. I had a great experience of taking delivery of our vehicle. Even though it was delayed by the worlds ongoing shipping delays, they managed to make it quick, seamless, and organized. Definitely would order from them again!

I am so excited that Eleazor helped me get a car today!! He honestly made the process super smooth and amazing. He made sure he didn’t go Beyond what I told him I could afford.
