Swim Carefree is phenomenal! From the phone call to setting up the apt to the estimate and the follow ups. Once the job started they gave me a rough idea on time frame and if it moved they told me. I added stuff as well. I felt connected with the sales person when they came out and had my quote within a few days. I felt that Swim Carefree is Adept at what they do. We had a pool service prior to "Snowmageddon" in February. Our equipment failed, and our other company wouldn't come due to weather. I reached out to Swim Carefree, and Heather (owner) and her team drove through an ice storm to help salvage our pool. They were able to drain our equipment and lines, and saved many expensive components of our system. We lost power, and suffered from unavoidable ice damage on our plaster, but Heather assured me they could fix it.

We had about 6 bids to do our pool remodel. We Called Swim Carefree. Heather was the one who came out to do the initial bid. Cassandra on the phone was super friendly and nice. Cassandra wasn't rude like some of the other people I had spoken with when calling around. She actually enjoys her job and you can tell.

Hired Swim CareFree to do a pool inspection on a house we are buying. Heather and Chris were professional and explained things so that a layman could understand. They offer repair and maintenance services but didn't "push" them. And most importantly, there were no "scares" just honest solid explanations. We are considering using them for future pool work.

We had Heather come out to our prospective home to do an inspection of the pool on the property in July. At the time we were given encouraging information about the condition of the pool and the home. We decided to continue through with purchasing the home and requested Swim Carefree to come back and complete the repairs found during the Inspection. We are very happy with SwimCarefree! We received several quotes to refinish our pool and they were right in the middle. We decided to go with them because they were a small family owned business who took the time to give us personal attention. Heather was great throughout the process. She actual listened to what we were looking for and provided options that matched. We have an 11 year old pool that originally had a weeping wall made of moss rock. Over the years, the wall eroded and it got to the point it needed to be replaced. Swim Carefree got the job. After meeting Chris and talking at length with him, I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise in pool building and repair. The crew did an exceptional job building a new wall. We were very pleased with all aspects of the job. Very high quality workmanship. What amazed me was the fact that the Stonescapes finish faded over the years but the mason matched the color perfectly when doing some patch
