Frank answered on Yelp for our little Flea issue. He was straight to the point and the price was competitive. He showed up and was upfront and quick.
We haven't see a flea since he came.
(He recommended to not be in the house for 3 hours. So we booked a hotel and let the place air out all night. I did stop by to grab something after 2 hours and couldn't smell the spray anymore)
All in all we are very happy with his service.

Frank is wonderful! I’ve been battling with ants for about a month, as the temperatures have increased. I’ve tried everything but nothing really solved my ant problem. Frank was available to came out and spray the same day that I inquired. He’s fast, efficient, and confident in his product. Two days later I haven’t spotted one ant. I plan to contact him from now on for all of my buggy needs. Support small businesses and call Frank. Thank you again for everything!

So we returned from a 2 day trip to find the house swarming with ants. More ants than I've ever seen in one place- on all floors, surfaces, in the kitchen, in the bathrooms. They had completely taken over the house in 48 hours. We called Frank late on Sunday (about 4pm) and he came out within an hour to the Fremont area.
Over the phone, he explained the difference between the types of extermination services, and what we could expect the outcome to be (timeframe, pet safety, use of the house). He came to the house having given us a *very* reasonable, flat-rate quote.

We had a great experience with Frank. We came home from a trip to find an overwhelming ant invasion. He came out the same day and quoted us a super reasonable flat rate over the phone. Frank took the time to explain ants, our options and what to expect. I think 2 days later about 80% of the ants had vanished, by 3 days they were totally gone. 9 days later and still not an ant in sight. Would definitely recommend for quality, transparency, professionalism, responsiveness.

For pest control - I felt it 5 star. You call - Frank answers, he does the work himself and he was very accommodating. I had a flea issue at my apartment which unfortunately tracked some fleas to my work - he treated my workplace.
He was straightforward and honest about his pricing and about the method of extermination, reasonably priced, I didn't feel like I was being upsold.
Additionally he was able to come next day for me and came during the window time he indicated.
I like to shop local and support local when I can - definitely like to support Frank's pest control over Terminix

Called on weekend morning and was able to come in the afternoon on the same day to treat flea problem. Quote was very reasonable. Came in at estimated time and did a fantastic job spraying around house. Answered any questions we had and gave recommendations on things to do after treatment. We'll see how treatment works out but so far haven't gotten bitten so things seem to be working. If you need pest control asap, definitely give him a call.

I have to tell you this guy is good! He came, he saw and he did a quick and thorough job. We have RATS, and I am not a big fan of those guys...YIKES!!! I have two dogs and one, Molly, is quite nosy, so he had to make sure that the traps were out of her reach. He did, thank you Frank. Now the traps await their prey!!!!! Price is $250.00 for six rat traps and poison in one of the sheds, plus two return trips within the month. Thanks again Frank. Good guy!!!!

Frank takes care of things quickly and at a very reasonable rate. We've been using him since we moved to the Oakland Hills about 4 years ago, and he's advised us and helped with a number of problems, from spiders/bugs general perimeter spraying to rat management, and everything in between. The results were shared, recommendations were made, a plan (including traps and optional poison) formed and executed. The plan included follow up visits (included in the price).
I am happy to say we executed the plan, and I followed Frank's recommendations and after the follow-up visits my home no longer has rodents. Excellent value.

Dont hire this guy. Called him to come out to look at a mice problem. Showed up and set up a few traps, pointed out some cracks, and never came back out to check up on anything. In initial call, he said if we didn't catch any mices he would come back, never came back out. Gave me an attitude when i pointed this out and claimed if we didnt catch any mice in the kitchen, they were gone. Guess what....we found mices in other places in the house. Save your money and call Orkins, for cheaper price, they plugged up all the holes where the mices can get in.

Holy crap! Read the flea reviews. Sounded better than most. Frank was 100% honest. Said the spray was the only way to go. Bunch of other exterminators said they had to move all your furniture and other B..S. Frank came in and sprayed. Said it might take a second treatment at half the original price. It was one and done. Worked the first spraying. Most other exterminators wanted twice the price. Nope. Frank is a no frills honest person.
I have mice in my attic. Im gonna call him. I will write a truthful review after that service.

Frank is great! He is responsive and very knowledgeable on how to solve pest problems. I have used one different pest company for about 6 months and learned that they were not as competent as Frank. In fact, during the worst storm of the year, Frank made it a priority to come to my rental home and assert a problem we were having. Needless to say he helped find solutions and also showed us how to further mitigate problems. I am very happy with the service he has provided thus far.
