Bay Pest Solution were very professional and really helped solve my rodent problem! They were prompt and took the time to answer all my questions. They also came whenever I needed them (or thought I needed them!). The way they deterred my rodent problem was pet safe as well. I would definitely recommend Bay Pest Solution.

They gave me two options. First was to treat the area, which was lower priced than the second option of tenting the house. We went with the lower option and they didn’t try to push the tenting, which is much appreciated. Excellent customer service and pricing. This is my second time using them by the way.

I called several pest control companies after stray cats spread fleas all over inside and outside of our house. Bay Pest Solution (BPS) was the only company who was genuinely interested in helping us rather than focusing on how to maximize the charge.
In addition, after the first visit, when the fleas came back, they were more than happy to return and re-spray the entire areas.
I recommended BPS to my neighbor and they now have a regular monthly service.

I called Bay Pest Solutions to give me a competitive quote for termites. They were quick to schedule a review of my house. He had done a house in the same HOA with a similar layout and offered me the same deal which was below my other quotes. Scheduled the date and the gentleman who treated my house was respectful, quick and did a thorough job.

Used them and although they solved the issue with rodents, after more than a year I started to hear activity in the attic. I tried to call them multiple times but no answer. Apparently if you don't use their continued service they won't care, and will simply not answer your calls. Don't recommend. Service during the time was good, but had to call them actively to get follow up service done.

Got ants infestation in the early winter and called up Bay Pest Solutions. They were really fast in responding and was able to schedule me a next day service. Cody Pagan came and he did a great job for both interior baits and exterior spray. He also did an around the house spider cleaning. No more ants and I am going to continue with Bay Pest for quarterly control services. Price is very competitive in the Bay Area based on my research! Highly recommend.

Ricky with Bay Pest Solution went above and beyond fixing a terrible situation where rats had chewed pipes on our attic he spent hours on our roof and in our attic meticulously finding any potential holes, and filling them up, setting traps. He went through every room in the house, garage, crawl space. He spent hours and informed us at every step what he had found, what he was doing and the results we should expect. I have a huge phobias of mice and spiders and in a perfect world I wouldn't have to deal with these creatures! We live in a area that gets hot in the summer with a lot of backyard land and some how bugs and rodents can find ways to make it in through the cracks and holes in your house (no matter how clean it is).

I have been with Terminix for over 15 years. And while they have done a fine job with my regular pest control (thank you Leo!), two years ago I engaged them to deal with my rodents and termites. To tell the whole story would take too much time. They did not solve my rodent issues, were unresponsive to my multiple requests for service and used inexperienced subcontractors to repair my retaining wall. If you're looking for pest control, stop looking -- hire these guys. Professional, timely, organized, excellent in every way. There was an opossum in my basement. The landlord went cheap, and hired general contractors to deal with the problem. Instead of helping the creature get out, they ended up trapping it inside. For many nights, the opossum was trying, understandably, to get out; it spent all night scratching at the wire mesh that the non-specialists had put up. Bay Pest Solution did a fantastic job! They explained what the work would entail during the free estimate visit. They covered all bases: blocked mouse entry from outside to inside the garage at different points including my laundry area, thoroughly cleaned the garage (no more mouse urine smell!) and performed mouse-control via traps. They are punctual and they came back quickly to replace the traps when they were full. This is a friendly crew that will answer all of your questions. Excellent Communication. I was doing a kitchen remodeling and found termites. I had to stop work and address the treatment and was under a time crunch. I looked up Angie's list for recommendations and bay pest called back right away and was able to get some out for estimate the next day. After estimate, they were able to get a technician out the next day too, which was also a sat. They even patched up the stucco holes that let the moisture in the first place. And I had Sunday for the treatment to dry. The workers can resume remodeling in Monday. I had practically no down time for my remodeling job. Great expedient

Mike from Bay Pest Solutions deserves more than 5 stars. He is incredibly knowledgable, and professional. I will continue to use them for all pest control. If you have a problem ( mine was rats in my Moraga home attic) call them. I can not stress this enough...you will not regret it.

Bay Pest Solutions have been servicing my home now for the past year. Their pest control technician Nick in very professional and always goes above and beyond their general scope of work. They have handled my rodent issues with their rodent exclusion program which is great. Every service they offer is well thought out and strategically executed. We recently purchased a home in Walnut Creek that had both types of termites. Al came and gave us a free inspection which happen to be more thorough then our paid inspection from Home Guard. He walked us through the treatment and helped us to understand how the treatment work and what to expect from their technicians. Bay pest's price was much less then that of their competitors.
Nic their technician came out to preform the subterranean termite treatment. He to was very thorough. He was very conscientious in not not bringing dirt into our newly home. I'm very impressed with Bay Pests
