Nelson appliance has come to my residence 7 times, to fix my dishwasher. First technican made the issues worst, created a water leak, improperly installed the dishwasher, and scratched my cabinets. Due to the water leak, my 8 month pregnant wife almost slipped. As a result of the water damage, I now have damage to my wood floor. I have heard some very concerning stories about, their customer service representative Brandi. I am very angry with the lack of responsibility, and accountability of this business. Most of all I am currently deployed, and very frustrated I cannot deal with the situation

We have had Nelsons come out to fix a couple of appliances and have always been pleased with their service. The ladies who schedule appointments go above and beyond and the service technicians are always personable and Knowledgeable and do a great job. They are a fantastic company.

I called Nelson's because my refrigerator stopped cooling and they set me right up with an appointment. They called to confirm the day before and day of. The technician came out right at the beginning of the repair window so I didn't have to wait around. It took him 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and install a part to fix it! Less than $150 all in to fix my 10+ year old fridge and it's working great again. I highly recommend Nelson's!

Staff on the phone were very kind and responsive. Our technician was knowledgeable and transparent about what the problem might/might not be. Booked time for worst case scenario and was in and out under an hour saving us tons of $$$ we also appreciated the fact that we could pay on site with a card reader instead of having to write a check or call in with a credit card number.
