Found Kel's on-line and from the first time I spoke to Bob I was impressed. He showed up early for both visits, quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer and estimated the job. He had to order a part and came back when it was convenient for me, again arriving early. Extremely professional and yet very personable- a really nice guy. And, his final price was cheaper than he estimated- this guy is the best! I would recommend to anyone and will use Kel's again as the need arises.
