Horrible service! Unprofessional and rude. Electrolux contacted them to repair my stove ! They don’t tell you the can’t fix anything on the first visit the send send someone out to do a diagnostic even though I had told them the infinite switch needed replacing on the stove,. They couldn’t order the part until they diagnosed it. Ok , so the guy came out and touched the heating element with a stripped wire to take the temperature and left saying he was going to order a part.When I asked him what part he refused to tell me and rudely said he’d have the office reach out to

I have a relatively New Electrolux Wall oven that just began Preheating very, very slowly, Like nearly 1 hour. It took quite a while to get someone out, and they had to cancel once themselves. The first guy was nice, pleasant, and professional. He said it was a bad Convection heating element and had to order it, then they had to reschedule to install it. A couple of weeks later he installed it and NO change whatsoever! He came back out adjusted something and said that was it, and it was even worse than before. Now the Broil element didn't work. The supervisor came out and said there was a wire
