We had two new gutters installed by Jim. He was priced reasonably, close to our location, and came out within two weeks to do the work. I have gutters on my home for at least 20 years that drain water perfectly. Yet a year after having these installed we noticed water standing in them that was not draining out sufficiently. I've called twice to ask if he could drop by and check them out and adjust them to drain properly. I was very polite in my voice mail both times. It's been a month and I haven't had a return call of any kind. I tried emailing as well and it comes back

Jimbo’s gutters came to my house and did a full gutter replacement and roof repair on my roof that was done incorrectly approximately a year and a half ago. Jimbo was friendly and professional.
