Sean and his company are the real deal! He’s transparent, honest, and responsive. He took the time to get on the phone with me when I needed to ask questions and clearly laid out the options and the plan. Especially when you are dealing with something like a flood or water damage, it’s so nice to have someone who is thorough and cares. We had a leakage on the 3rd floor and the water came out from the ceiling of the second floor, Sean came over but at that time the water was not leaking anymore and we were not able to creat the same situation to show what happened, but we were afraid there may be something broken hiding inside so we still want to open up and see what’s going on, then Bailey A and Bailey B came over and they were able to find the issue during the detection! That’s actually a relief for us because you definitely don’t want to leave some issue there inside your house not knowing when it’s gonna blowup.

Bailey tested for moisture in the drywall and sub-floor. Would use South Sound Water Recovery again for sure, thanks guys.

This was my first water damage experience. We had no idea we had any issues until about 10 am when we noticed our living room ceiling started a slow drip. Sean came out an hour and a half later and took care of us ever since. He and his team are super communicative, professional, and even helped us navigate insurance. I hope we never have water damage issues again, but if we do, I know exactly who I’m going to.
