Sandia Green Clean opened its doors in the summer of 2017 as a solution for local families across Albuquerque looking for a better way to care for their homes. The owners and founders, Brandon Condrey and Brandon Schoen, officially met in 2016, playing at a local park with their kids. In addition to being neighbors, both Brandons shared something else in common: A desire to start a successful local business.
Because we use safe, non-toxic products and because of our careful cleaning procedures, we're able to help keep the homes of these community members clean so that they have a healthy place to rest and recover. From time to time, we also accept nominations for community members in need of a little extra help around the house.

I’ve been using this company for I think 2 years now. And I’ve got to say if I could give them 10 stars I would, everyone in the company that I’ve dealt with have been very easy to work with and just so nice! Every time they come to clean my house they leave it spotless! The crew of ladies that come to clean are very polite, careful with my things… and always do what I ask. I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve never had any problems if I need to change a date or a time. They’re always very accommodating. And If you want the best…do yourself a favor

***** - Just had the initial clean on my house and it is super clean from top to bottom in every corner of the house! The more I look around the more amazed I am at how clean it is. I didn’t realize it was so dirty until I see it is so clean! It’s expensive, but it’s worth it! Not sure if I will do every month or twice a month. Definitely recommend!!

This is a follow-up to my review on 6/2/2021. I mistakenly named team 9 as my regular team but as it turns out, its actually team 8. Sorry for the confusion! Last week team 8 was in again and my weekend was once again mine to do with what I wanted, and that is always a blessing. I look forward to this week's cleaning since I am finally expecting guests after this long period of not seeing or entertaining family members or friends in my home.

I do not normally leave reviews for services that I have not actually used. However, I feel this may be the only way to stop their harassing marketing tactics. I made the mistake of providing them with my contact information - in the hopes of receiving some idea of their services and the cost. Instead, I have received multiple phone calls at 8am, text messages and emails. I have replied to Claudia three times requesting that I be removed from their marketing list. The beds were made. The mirrors were shiny. The floors were swept and vaccumed. I got to relax! I got a gift card for their services as a Christmas present and I just got my first cleaning today.
I can only say, that as a mother of three, working full time, and exhausted, that this was the first time I ever had the luxury of help cleaning my house, and I can't believe I ever waited this long!!
The ladies came in and did a fantastic job. It was wonderful to come home to a clean home that I didn't have to clean!!

There are people who don't have time to clean toilets, and people who don't like to clean toilets.
I am the latter. I have on occasion wasted an hour trying to psych myself up to do it. It's probably good for me to clean toilets, so this review is on behalf of my sister.
My sister is the former. She is a doctor who is generally at work 6 days a week, 11 hours a day. I'm really glad she arranged to have Sandia Green Clean come in. Three experienced cleaning people with their own products and gear can get more done in two and a half hours, than my sister could do the whole

We wanted to support local business here in Albuquerque, we used them once last year for a deep cleaning of our home before we rented out for AirBNB and they did a phenomenal job. Unfortunately we used them again this year for the same deep cleaning and we did not get the same results. There was dust left in our bathroom from where we put in new granite. They did not clean the vents like I had asked or cleaned the fridge. There is inconsistency in the work that they do.

I had Sandia Green Clean come out yesterday for the first time. I am completely blown away by the quality of the work and the professionalism of the company. This was the first time I've ever hired someone to clean my house, but with a high risk pregnancy and three other young children to take care of, my house has just gotten out of hand. I was nervous!
Team 5 arrived on time and were cheerful and professional. They immediately started cleaning. They did such a fantastic job. They even cleaned out window tracks, scrubbed baseboards, and cleaned light fixtures. They got stains off my shower

We are very pleased with our team of ladies. Team 2 had come to our house 3 times now. Being a mom of 4 makes getting the deep cleaning done a real challenge. My husband even comments on how nice the house feels when he gets home from woWe had one thing we addressed and they made sure to pay extra attention to it. Thank you Roxanna, Alejandra, Sonia, and Rosa for taking care of our home!! I just wanted to add that my husband's favorite part of cleaning day is coming home to the flower. He's always asking me to water the flower so we can keep it alive as long as possible!

This company is very disappointing. The owner is not a good person that you want to give your business to. One of the owners Brandon Condrey did our appraisal and was cold from the start. When I asked if they had insurance in case of theft or broken items he made it seem like I was crazy and untrusting. He acted insulted and unprofessional. I assumed he was having a bad day and went ahead to give the company a try because I liked the products that they use (or I liked that they DIDN'T use certain products/chemicals).

We had our first clean with them on Monday. The team arrived a little earlier than the window, but they were friendly and did a very thorough job. Before your first cleaning visit, a representative from the company will come to your home to assess how big it is and how much time it'll take to clean it, then give you a cost estimate and schedule your cleanings. They can hold a key for you, or you can choose to be there when they arrive.

Sandia Green Clean cleaned my home right before the holidays and did a quick and thorough job. I was surprised by the level of detail in their cleaning - they wiped down my cabinets and even dusted the high fan in my my living room! And I was impressed by the professionalism of the crew - super friendly and took notes on specific areas I needed cleaned the most! My home smelled clean and fresh without the toxic chemical smell left by others who have cleaned my home in the past. I will definitely be hiring them for regular cleanings!
